Taking down of Old MCB DB / control box any type any size including MCBs and separating the serviceable MCB DBs and MCBs for reuse at site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan, buzzer, socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceilling roses, pendants , regulators, sockets light fitting etc for taking credit removing from site and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors etc as per existing specification complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of old Submain wiring any size any type including making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring with 2 run of FRLS PVC insulated & unsheathed multistranded copper conductor of nominal cross sectional area 4.0 sqmm alongwith one run of FRLS PVC insulated & unsheathed multistranded copper conductor of nominal cross sectional area 4.0 sqmm as earth continuity conductor drawn through PVC conduit complete all as specified and directed.
