Removal /replacement of old and damaged pipe line of following sizes 25 mm to 150 mm

Removal /replacement of old and damaged pipe line of following sizes 151 mm to 400 mm

Repair /replacement of M.S./G.I. bends or flanges and repair/ replacement of valves of having sizes:25 mm to 80 mm

Repair /replacement of M.S./G.I. bends or flanges and repair/ replacement of valves of having sizes:81 mm to 250 mm

Fabrication & erection /repairing of supports for M.S. /G.I. pipe line.

Excavation for fixing the support & back filing

Attending leakages in pipe line by welding.

Adjustment of impeller, fitting the same on shaft, ensuring the proper clearance with casing, alignment, and removal of vibrations to ensure smooth operation of Ventilation fan.

Repair /replacement of tie rod.

Proper checking and maintenance of suction duct for smooth operation including complete checking & tightening of nut-bolts, replacement of duct joints whenever required, removal of coal dust/slurry/foreign material from the duct manually with help of compressed air after cutting the duct, followed by its sealing, proper adjustment of opening including their smooth and free operation and proper sealing of the For Dust Extraction System

Proper checking and maintenance of suction duct for smooth operation including complete checking & tightening of nut-bolts, replacement of duct joints whenever required, removal of coal dust/slurry/foreign material from the duct manually with help of compressed air after cutting the duct, followed by its sealing, proper adjustment of opening including their smooth and free operation and proper sealing of the For Ventilation system

Removal, cleaning and refitting of filter panels (blocks) provided in supply and discharge end ventilation Fans

Repair of duct/extraction hood etc.(up to 100mm x100mm size)
