Fixing of scaffolding & platform arrangement work in condenser pipe lines areas including scaffolding materials, T & P and consumables.

Charges for Rectification, fabrication and erection of diffelecter plate in condenser cooling water pipe lines in inlet & outlet of A1,A2,B1&B2. Work involves fabrication, profile cutting, grinding, complete welding, including cost of leading, lifting, consumables and T&P’s.

Charges for Supply of 10 mm MS plate

Charges for debris filter Flushing water inlet & outlet valves, debris collection outlet valves are Repair and reconditioning of various size 150mm, 200mm & 250mm butterfly valves. complete dismantling of valve internals and renewal/recondition of wornout spares in and outer of valves and painting of valve including all required consumables.

Charges for overhauling of condenser water box vent & drain valves, Hotwell drain valves are Repair and reconditioning of 100 NB gate valves. Removing from pipe line, completely dismantling, cleaning, inspection, checking the gate/seating surface, lapping the gate/seat for perfect blue matching, reassembling the valve with new/old gland, painting and refixing in the pipe line with rubber gasket. Including cost of consumables and T&Ps.

Charges for SS welding in condenser water box vent & drain pipe lines rectification of wornout area edge preparations, Grinding, positioning and welding (I joint=80mm)
