M & L for cleaning of shallow water wells of size 25m dia, 6m depth by dewatering the complete well, removing the sediments settled at the bottom and depositing where directed, scraping the walls with wire brush and washing with clear water and applying two coat of anti fungal white paint internally and writing the date of cleaning, due date of cleaning and capacity of well in paint (white letters on black background) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning of shallow water wells of size 10m dia, 4m depth by dewatering the complete well, removing the sediments settled at the bottom and depositing where directed, scraping the walls with wire brush and washing with clear water and applying two coat of anti fungal white paint internally and writing the date of cleaning, due date of cleaning and capacity of well in paint (white letters on black background) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of RCC water tanks (inside) by dewatering the complete tank, removing the sediments settled at the bottom of tank, scraping with the help of shovels, hard brushes and physical cleaning of tanks (Reservoir) by de-scaling/brooming silt and sludge and other deposits from inner side (bottom of dome), collecting and taking them out with the help of manual labour and depositing at a distance not exceeding 50m and making the tank clean and washing properly with bleaching powder mixed with water (1:10) and applying two coats of white wash both internally and externally and writing the date of cleaning, due date of cleaning and capacity of tank in paint (white letters on black back ground) and the inner ladder with two coats of black synthetic enamel paint of exterior quality over a coat of red oxide primer and including removing of any vegetation growth on and around the tank complete all as specified and directed at site for following capacities:- (a) Tank above ground level of capacity 50,000 litres (OHT) Note:- (a) Work is to be executed at 18 to 25m height for ser No.3(a) (b) All necessary T&P, labours and materials will be arranged by the contractor

(b) Underground sump of capacity 25,000 litres

(c) Underground sump of capacity 5,000 litres

M&L for cleaning of rotational moulded PVC water storage service tanks on buildings by dewatering complete tank, removing sediments settled at the bottom of tank and scraping the walls and bottom of tank and cleaning with bleaching powder solution, washing with clear water and writing the date of cleaning and due date of cleaning in white paint complete all as directed. (a) capacity above 2000 liters

(b) All as per item above capacity between 500 liters to 1000 litres

(c) All as per item above capacity upto 500 litres

Dismantling existing unserviceable PVC water tanks and supply and fix PVC rotational moulded water tank two layered of 2000 litres capacity hoisted and fixed in position including provision of necessary inlet/outlet/over flow pipe and connected with the existing pipe lines complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling existing unserviceable PVC water tanks and supply and fix PVC rotational moulded water tank two layered of 1000 litres capacity hoisted and fixed in position including provision of necessary inlet/outlet/over flow pipe and connected with the existing pipe lines complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl item No. 6 above but 500 litres capacity.

S&F PVC water tanks cover lids matching the size & colour of the existing tank complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for overhauling of pressure feed filter plant of capacity 27000 LPH by carefully removing the old unserviceable media complete from plant from its installed position carrying out the maintenance with following replacements and reinstalling in its original position and testing on completion, all as specified and directed. Note: Pressure feed filter clean and change the media once in a year (a) Sand filter media

(b) Dolomite

(c) Shilack

(d) Activated Carbon

Overhauling of RO Plant of not less than 1000 LPH and replacing of following materials for periodic maintenance of RO Plant :- (a) 10 micron jumbo filter cartridge

(b) 5 micron filter cartridge (20"x2")

(c) Supply & fix membrane of dimension 4"x40" type of membrane spiral wound, Make: Hydranautics-USA,GE

NOTE : An Amount of Rs 81,125.00.00 towards Schedule of Credit shall be deducted to arrive the Contract Sum
