DSR-2023 ITEMS

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor, etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing :

Providing and fixing carbon steel galvanised ( minimum coating 5 micron) dash fastener of 10 mm dia double threaded 6.8 grade (yield strength 480 N/mm2), counter sunk head, comprising of 10 mm dia polyamide PA 6 grade sleeve, including drilling of hole in frame , concrete/ masonry, etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement.

20 mm cement plaster

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distember (Ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

Two or more coats on new work.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade:

Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approved brand and of required shade and colour complete to give and even shade.

Old work (one or more coats)

White washing with lime to give an even shade :

Old work (one or more coats) .

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

One or more coats on old work.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground , all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty:

Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm).

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge..

In cement mortar

Removing mortar from bricks and cleaning bricks including stacking within a lead of 50 m (stacks of cleaned bricks shall be measured):

From brick work in cement mortar

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS:12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge.

Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on one side and balancing lamination on other side.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):

With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm)

Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufacture conforming to IS : 6315, having brand logo embossed on the body / plate with double spring mechanism and door weight upto 125 kg., for doors, including cost of cutting floors ,embedding in floors as required and making good the same matching to the existing floor finishing and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S. sheet outer box with slide plate etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

With stainless steel cover plate minimum 1.25 mm thickness.

Providing and fixing 6 mm dia. G.I. level adjusting hangers (upto 1200mm length), fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40x3mm size 60 mm long and stainless steel expandable dash fastener of 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long, complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge.

LMR ITEMS

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions ( Fixed / openable ) with old available extruded built up standard tubular sections and other sections ( suplied by department free of cost ) , fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. ( Supply of new alumunium sections, fixing of glazing / particle board paneling in partitions / doors, windows, providing and fixing of new alumunium hinges, floor springs and pivots, dash fasteners to be paid for separately)

Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board , in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge. (12mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board shall be supplied by department free of cost )

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with old EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (glazing upto 5.50 mm thickness shall be supplied by department free of cost )(Cost of aluminium snap beading and new EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket if provided, shall be paid in relevant item):

Providing and fixing Neoprene/EPDM rubber gasket around glass pans all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supply of anodised alumunium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285 of approved make as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Repairing of damaged false ceiling made of aluminium tee / angle frame and 12 mm thick particle board by complete including leveling with necessary new aluminium cleats and screws wherever required all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. ( Supply of new alumunuim Tee / angle sections , cleats and provision of new suspenders, dash fasteners if required shall be paid seperately)

Refixing of aluminium work consisting of available old tee/ angle sections, in frames of false ceiling including aluminium angle cleats with necessary C.P. brass/ stainless steel sunk screws, aluminium perimeter angles fixed to wall with stainless steel rawl plugs @ 450 mm centre to centre and fixing the frame work to G.I. level adjusting hangers 6 mm dia. with necessary cadmium plated machine screws all complete as per approved architectural drawings and direction of the Engineer-in-charge (refixing of level adjusting hangers, ceiling cleats and new alumunium sections , hangers, expansion hold fasteners to be paid for separately).

Refixing of avalable old 6 mm dia. G.I. level adjusting hangers (upto 1200mm length provided by department free of cost ), fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40x3mm size 60 mm long and stainless steel expandable dash fastener of 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long, complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge.

Arranging electric welding machine at site for repairing works of collapsible shutter and other repair works with necessary cables and other T&P including the cost of operator and electrodes but excluding the cost of necessary additional steel sections complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Work of half day or part thereof at one compound shall be taken as one job.)

Carriage of old servicable material from one BSNL compound to another BSNL compound including sorting, loading and unloading by small transportation vehicle upto 1.5 MT load capacity and 15 Km lead all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-charge. ( Payment shall be made for every trip )

Dismantling wooden boardings / asbestos sheet in lining of walls and partitions up to 10 mm thick at any floor upto floor five level, including supporting members (wooden or M.S. sheet sections) and fiiler materials like foam pads, chiken mesh and stacking of servicable / unservicable material upto 200 metres lead and lift upto 15 M as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling of false flooring made of 35 mm thick particle board and galvanised MS channels, fixtures and padestals at any floor upto floor five level by dismembering of all members, stacking of servicable material and disposal of unservicable material upto 150 metres lead and lift upto 15.0 Metre inside compound and repairing repairing of fastners hole in floor by cement mortar all complete as per directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Repairing of aluminium door shutters including taking out door shutter from position, repairing and tightening of all members including new aluminium cleats, pivots and screws wherever required and refixing in position all complete but excluding the cost of new floor spring or door closer required.

Providing and fixing 19 mm thick block board of approved brand, core of block board construction with frame of Ist class hard wood and well matched 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands with suitable full threaded steel screws, adhesive etc. in partitions, boxes, shelves, racks and cupboard, kitchen cabinet under kitchen counter etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Note: Fittings to be paid separately).

Providing and fixing 6 mm thick commercial ply veneering of approved make in partitions, boxes, shelves, racks and cupboard, kitchen cabinet under kitchen counters with necessary screw , nail , adhesive all complete as per direction of E-in-C.

Providing manual assistance for minor civil works such as cleaning of area surrounding building, trimming of tree branchs over buildings, disposal of dumped unservicable material from terrace to ground floor in dumping ground, rearangement of existing water supply lines etc as per direction of Engineer In charge .( Note One day work of one workman shall be measured for payment )
