SPECIAL REPAIR TO ROADS AND FOOTPATH AT AF STN MEMAURA

M&L for repair to pot holes any depth, n exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, and water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth and making good by applying a tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm putting in premixed bituminous macadam using paving bitumen well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kgs per 10 Sqm binded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings ) depth of pot holes exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc. 400 Sqm & exc. 50mm but n.exc 100mm in depth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick (Compacted) WBM with coarse aggregate (40 mm to 63 mm size) or of grading 3 (20mm to 50mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with Road roller 8 to 10 ton power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with broom and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or with compressor air blower to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming coat with paving bitumen VG 10 grade @10 Kg/10 Sqm by mechanical sprayer etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for putting premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) with crushed and graded stone aggregate mixed together with VG-30 graded paving bitumen (4% by weight of total mix) to meet the disired requirement as mentioned in Particular Specification, mixing bitummnious concrete in hot mixing plant, laying and spreading uniformly by means of mechanical paver and rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber by 8 to 10 ton vibratory road roller complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i)The mix design shall be get done from approved lab and get approved from GE/AGE(I) before commencement of work.

M&L Bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5 % binder content by wt of total mix paving bitumen (VG-30) viscocity grade mixed in hot mix plant transported to site on tippers and laid with mechanical paver, and rolled to uniform smooth suface with 8 to 12 tonne capacity power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i)The mix design shall be get done from approved lab and get approved from GE/AGE(I) before commencement of work.

Note :- (i)The mix design shall be get done from approved lab and get approved from GE/AGE(I) before commencement of work.

Supply and fixing in replacement of cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufactur's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of solar cat eye aluminum alloy (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd as per manufactur's instructions etc. complete all as specified and directed.
