M&L for repair to potholes not exc 1 Sq.m each (depth not exc 30 mm), including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, path, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth (depth of potholes not exc 30 mm), making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 Kg per 10 Sq.m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sq.m, blinded with 0.09 Cu.m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) using paving bitumen VG-30 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for scarifying or picking gravels macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area not exc. 400 Sqm and depth not exc 50mm and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminious primer @ 10Kg per 10Sqm using paving bitumen VG-30 Grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces of un surfaced water bound macadam surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer using 10 kg/ 10 sqm using paving bitumen over WBM surfaces including M & L for Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces of exc 50mm but n.exc 100mm in area exc 400 sqm including M&L for 10 cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM of granite, trap or basalt stone laid with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or grading 3 (50 to 20mm size) spread rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required at site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying Premix bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 Tonne power roller (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) with 4% binder content by weight of total mix, using paving bitumen all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying and consolidating bituminous premixed semi-dense ashphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidtaed thickness with 5.5% binder content using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 penetration by weight of total mix , rolled and compacted to required cambder and gradient etc. with machanical paver and rolled with 8 to 12 Tonne power roller including M & L for preparing the black top bituminous surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing cracked mud, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 Kg / 10 Sqm of surface using paving bitumen VG-30 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for appplying thermoplastic road marking paint (reflective) of specified shade or colour, area 2 to 3mm thick 10cm width or girth including lines, dashes, arrows etc, using hot thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser propane tank heater and profile shoe heater driven by experienced operator, on road surface made free of all dirt, scales, oil grease, foreign materials, etc. complete all as specified.

S & F road studs (cat eye) two way reflective type of size 100x100x25 mm (min size) and max size according to manufacturer made of ABS material, scratch and abrasion resistant, micro plastic, temperature resitant body fixed on bituminous /concrete surfaces of approved make by GE all as directed.

M & L for 80mm thick M-40 grade machine pressed rubber moulded with vibration technology precast cement concrete paver blocks interlocking pattern with grey cement and pigment set and jointed as per manufactures instructions including M&L for 100mm thick sand cushioning well considated and watered over and including M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type B-2 1:2:4 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base and finishing surface of concrete even and rough to receive the topping layer including M&L for 350mm thick hardcore using broken stone or boulders n exc 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface including demolition of floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and disposal of rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Rate quoted by contractor shall deemed to inclusive of filleting the side of pavement with PCC (1:2:4) type B1 wherever required at site.

M&L for 150 mm thick cement concrete type B2 1:2:4 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in paving finished the concreate surface even and smooth without using extra cement over and including 75mm thick cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base including Demolition of 225 mm thick cement concrete (Un-reinforced) in ground floors /roads and pavings n exc. 15cm thick.(Below or above ground level) all as specified and directed. Note: Formwork will be measured and paid separately.

S&F Formwork to edges of conrete falts, for rough finish surfaces of concrete exceeding 10 cms but not eceeding 20 cm wide as in pavings / Hard standing all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming 12 mm thick expansion joints for 150 mm concrete slab thickness filled with preformed bituminous filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound Grade A all as specified and directed.

M&L Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade "A" all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, open drain etc and getting out in soft disintegrated rocks/PCC all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 ( 40mm grded agg) as in foundation all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of cloumns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter.

M&L Reinforced cement concrete M-25 Grade Design Mix (using 20mm graded aggregates) as in bottom slab, vertical walls and slab of RCC drain of any thickness all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel work as in framed grills or gratings conforming to Fe-290 grade E-165.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. retrieved from excavation all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance exceeding. 250m but not exceeding 500 mts and depositing where directed.

M&L for cement concrete work in flexural pavemnts of flexural strength 40 kg/sq cm using 400 kg cement per cum (M-40 Design mix) thickness n exc 25 cm including demolition of cement concrete (Un-reinforced) in ground floors /roads and pavings n exc. 15cm thick.(Below or above ground level) all as specified and directed

M& L for forming construction joints 30 mm deep X 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound grade A all as specified and directed
