Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth and getting out soft / loose soil for laying cables / pipes / erection of poles etc all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in soil including spreading levelling watering well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each.

Supply of common burnt clay building bricks, sub class B of size 230x115x75mm for cable protection.

Supply, lay, spread in trenches river sand including spreading, levelling, punning for cushioning of cable all as directed

Supply & lay LT UG cable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100volts grade of size 2 core 10 sqmm all as specified and as directed.

Supply & lay LT UG cable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100volts grade of size 2 core 16 sqmm all as specified and as directed.

Supply & lay LT UG cable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100volts grade of size 3.5 core 50 sqmm all as specified and as directed. Note for item No 6 to 8 :- (i) Lugs and glands are deemed to be included in the rate quoted for laying of cable and to be used properly whereever required while connecting cables to the panel board. (ii) Earth work such excavation, refilling, etc. shall be measured separately under relevant items.

Supply and fix steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-22 (8.5 meter long) complete with CI base plate and finial including foundation and coping

M & L for cement concrete in foundations filling and mass concrete Type C2 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) for pole foundation all as directed.

M & L for cement concrete in copping work type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) for coping of pole all as directed.

Supply and fix pole mounting bracket for single street light fitting fabricated with GI pipe medium grade 40mm dia 2 mtr long bend to shape and double clamped with fabricated MS clamp and fixed complete on side of steel tubular pole with bolts and nuts including painting complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for sub main wiring with PVC insulated, 1100 volts grade single core multistranded copper conductor cable conforming to IS specifications, 2 runs of 6 sqmm including one run of 4 sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor PVC insulated cables as earth continuity conductor drawn through and including one run of 25 mm dia rigid PVC conduit and conduit accessories fixed on wall/ceiling etc., or concealed in wall, making good disturbed surfaces on walls and connecting to common earth dolly all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) 2 runs of 6 sqmm cable, one run of 4 sqmm cable one run of 25 mm dia rigid PVC conduit shall be measured as one length. (ii) Cutting chasing on wall/ceiling is included in the quoted rate.

M&L for Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9 metres long). Note : (i) The rate includes Painting to steel tubular poles (inside and outside). Mounting bracket for junction box and clamps and hooks for continuos earth wire. (ii) The poles shall be coated with two coasts of black bituminous paint throughout internally and externally up to the planting depth. The remaining, portion of the exterior shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint. (iii) Writing the MES No with white paint over black band of paint at a level of 1.2 m above ground level on each pole complete all as specified and directed. (iv) Excavation, earthwork, PCC, Copper cable shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.
