Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L non skid ceremic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, as in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer, set in cement mortar (1:6), jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic designer coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350mm x 250mm x 7mm or 450mm x 350mm x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces, such as dado, skirting, etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, Dark Shade/Double Charged/Ultra Charged, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, laid as in floors, etc. set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding of layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial item No. 6 here-in-before but as in skirting/dado over and including rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) as backing coat.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old existing treatment of any thickness from RCC roof by scrapping, scrubbing and brooming down, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof pedding, etc. finished surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4), mixed with WPC by weight of cement as per manufacturer's instructions on other than fair faces of brick surfaces, finished even and fair without using extra cement over and including cement slurry @ 3 Kg per Sqm with WPC on existing roof surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation and cleaned to plastered/concrete surfaces of roof and applying the under mentioned course of roof treatment complete all as specified and as directed as per given below:- (a) Applying evenly compactible primer @ 0.4 litre per Sqm over concrete/plastered roof surfaces (b) Applying a tack coat of industrial bitumen of 85/25 grade (ISI marked) @ 1.2kg/Sqm (c) Laying of 3mm thick membrane sheet of weight not less than 3.6 kg per Sqm with minimum longitudinal end over laps of 100mm and horizontal side laps of 75mm and joints finally thermo-fused with help of LPG flames. Membrane sheet laid over a tack of industrial bitumen 85/25 as specified here-in before.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (WPC) as per latest IS specification complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting of existing tanks, of any description exc. 250 litres and n. exc. 500 litres capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required including reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling existing tanks of any description exc. 250 litres and n. exc. 500 litres capacity and removing from sites complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 500 litres rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top cover) as per IS-12701-1996, hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I complete all as directed. Note : The cost of accessories such as inlet & outlet pipe, ball valve, air vent pipe shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F 20mm bore ball valve, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminum rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed.(Minimum weight 210 gms) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs lid for polyethylene water storage tank of size exc. 250 litres and n. exc. 500 litres capacity including fixing PTMT nuts/ binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs ball valves, 20mm dia high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminum rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed.(Minimum weight 210 gms) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing of size 20mm bore of pipe and connections including cleaning for refixing or removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing of old steel tubing of size 20mm bore and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Steel tubes obtained from Serial item No. 20 above shall re-used.

Supply and laying 20mm bore tubes, galvainzed steel, medium grade, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with WPC by weight of cement as per manufacturer's instruction as in sunken floor/slabs complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning to concrete/plastered surfaces of sunken slab and applying water proofing treatment complete all as specified and as directed of the following courses :- (a) Applying bitumen primer @ 0.80 kg/sqm (b) Applying a tack coat of bitumen 85/25 cofirming to IS-702 @ 1.20kg/sqm. (c) Supply & laying 150 micron thick polyethylene film of Superior quality. (d) Applying a tack of bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20kg/sqm over polythene film including GI spout pipe of size of 40mm dia with 250mm long fixed in desired position

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with WPC by weight of cement as per manufacturer's instructions as in sunken floor, finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs for 100mm bore Cast Iron floor trap with chromium plated grating including jointing to waste pipe in run lead joint and fixed in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm grades stone aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white, with ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap, plastic seat cover white including connection to out going pipe and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe, etc. (excluding flushing cistern) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china squatting pan (Orissa pattern) water closet (white) of size 580 x 440mm with integral foot rests, 'P' or 'S' trap, including connection to trap and flushing pipe, antisyphonage pipe etc complete and making good to floor of disturbed surfaces as existing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china wash hand basin, white flat back of size 550mm x 400mm including a pair of cast iron cantilever brackets of size 40 x 40 x 5mm, embedded in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with and including 32mm dia PVC waste pipe and 32mm chromium plated brass waste fitting with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, flange end bedded in red lead cement and other end fixed including 15mm bore PVC connection pipe with 450mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Pillar taps,15mm dia, fancy type with capstan heads, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered 'HOT' or 'COLD' with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs PVC valveless symphonic action type, low level flushing cistern (ISI marked) of 10 litres capacity including 32mm dia PVC flush pipe, connected to water closet with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including 15mm dia PVC connection pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brickwork with sub class 'B' bricks using old size bricks, stright or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6)complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc, including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering cement plaster on brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound by weight of cement as per manufacturer's instructions, surface finished even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 5mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:3) as on ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges of roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for weather boarding, clean sawn, plain, 20mm thick or feather edged 15mm to 20mm thick and fixed with 30mm laps of 2nd class hard wood, planed both sides with butt joint fixed with nails to timber frame / roof member complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials, new or old, of any description and girth, not otherwise described and treated with creosote complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs PVC connection 15mm dia with PTMT nuts of length 450mm with 2 Nos PVC check nuts with washer complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial item No. 48 here-in-before but of length 600mm.

S&F in repairs Chromium plated Soap Dish fixed to plugs with brass screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs tubular towel rail, 20mm dia, 'D' type and 60cm long between flanges of brass chromium plated complete all as specified and as directed..

S&F in repairs 15mm dia stop valve/angle valve, fancy type, chromium plated, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed for both ends for iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming 12mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing com pound, Grade ‘A’ complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, footpath, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
