Dismantling and removing the pump sets from the existing position, opening the unserviceable pump sets including replacement of brass impeller with lock nuts on both sides for pump sets and reassembling the same complete all as specified and directed for pump set of following capacities :-

(b) 10 to 20 HP, 3 phase

Material and Labour for overhauling the sewage pump set (non-clogging) capacity 7.5 to 10 HP, 3 phase by removing from the sewage sump with and including matching the shaft, replacement of gaskets, oil seals, SS nuts, bolts and washers replacement of protection pipe clamps, gun metal bushes and filling the shaft protection pipe with adequate quantity of Lube oil, rs-assembling, re-fixing in position and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for fabrication and fixing of pump set base frame using MS channel ISMC 100 including two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and dismantling the corroded and damage base frame for pump set of capacity 5 HP to 30 HP complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing Dozing pump set with motor 5 lph 8 bar complete including PVC piping of required length and size including connecting testing and removing old unserviceable dozing pump complete all as specified and directed. Make : Techno Flow or equivalent

Supply and fix 150 Ltrs FRP tank with top cover suitable for Chlorine dozing system with necessary connections including taking down existing tank complete all as specified and as directed Make: Sintex or Equivalent

Material and Labour for preparation PVC fiber plate of minimum 3 mm thickness blue in colour with letter wiring in stickers, the details of pumpsets & writing MES No with white coloured sticker with suitable size including fitting, clamping etc complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for disconnecting the power cable from the control panel, lifting the submersible pump along with the GI tubing 50 mm carefully from the bore well without damaging the existing MS casing pipes using bore well rig from various sites at Margoa, Ponda and unscrewing each length of column pipe, disconnecting submersible pump set and taken to workshop for servicing and bringing back after servicing, cleaning the GI pipes both internally and externally keeping serviceable pipes ready for installation, replacement of stainer, defective filters, jointing the submersible cable with M seal jointing Kit, Re-installing &re-assembling the submersible pump set along with the power control cable lowering into the existing bore well casing using the bore well rig after jointing each length of GI pipes step by step to the entire length and locking the system connection with the external water supply lines and power controls and testing and commissioning at site to the entire satisfaction etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Repair and servicing of submersible pump set, rewinding of electric motor, provision of submersible cable and GI tubing etc shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Sch 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for opening of any capacity submersible pumpsets, minor repair and servicing by replacing worn out bearings, gun metal bushes, removing the impeller and refixing after repairing shaft and re-assembling the same with necessary nut bolt, packing etc complete all as specified and directed.
