Taking down cement plaster of any description, any thickness from external surfaces of walls/soffits etc. incl raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for cement plastering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for cement plastering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 as on ceilings or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for cement plastering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on brick work or concrete surfaces or in chajjas/parapet walls etc finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of newely plaster surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.

Material & Labour applying 02 coats of newly plastered finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade fornNew work surfaces over a coat of wall putty including a coat of exterior wall primer complete as directed by Engr in charge.

Material & Labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper over one coat of chalk whitening over a coat primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for applying 02 coats of cement based paint (light shade) by using roller/brush to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over & including a coat of exterior wall primer coat as recommended By Engr in charge

Cutting grooves in brick wall 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of unreinforced Concrete in any description and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed .

Material & Labour PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, wheel guard and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and also including provision of necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling water tanks exc 250 litres and not exceeding 500 liters and removing to store as directed by engineer in charge

Supply & Fix tripple layered rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top / cover) white coloured ISI marked 500 Ltrs capacity hoisted and fixed in position all as specified including ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and fly nut complete screwed for 20mm bore iron pipe and including GI nipple/union of 20mm bore to connect GI tubing to PVC tank complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified & directed .

Material & Labour for Brick work using sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer –In -Charge.

Material & Labour for brick work using sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 but except bricks obtained from demolition complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer –In -Charge.

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layers on roofs complete all as specified.

Demolition of mud phuska on roof any thickness and cleaning and removing all the dirt from the roof including disposing the demolished material from 250 metre to 500 metre all as directed and specified by Engineer in Charge

Material & Labour for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding, levelling course, including providing neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm including preparing slab surface with wire brushing complete and finishing top surface of PCC rough & even to receive the bedding layer including necessary formwork complete all specified and directed by Engr in charge

Material & Labour for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.6 kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface including priming surface of roof by applying bituminous primer not less then 0.40 Ltr/sqm by the same membrane manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 kg/ Ltr at 250 C temp and viscosity 70-16 cps laid by the authorised agent of the manufacturer duly approved in writting before executing the treatment and prepration of surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : 10% of the amount of water proofing treatment items shall be kept reserverd and contractor shall give 10 years written guarantee for water proofing. However contractor can deposit a FDR of same amount and if contractor fails to rectify the defects occured during this period the same shall be get rectified at contractor's risk and cost and payment shall be made by encashing the FDR deposited for this purpose.

Material & Labour for 40mm thick Brick tile laid over cement screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 and pointed in CM 1:3 mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

All as per item no. 22 here-in-before but except tiles complete all as specified and directed by Eengr- in charge. Note : Old serviceable bricks tiles as obtained from dismantling shall be reused after proper cleaning.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position after Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc all as specified

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store complete all as specified and directed (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories)

Supply & Fix in repairs PVC SWR RWP, 110 mm bore, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints using solvent as per maunfacture instruction fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fix in repairs 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) cowl of any radius complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in repairs 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) single Tee equal or unequal of any radius complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in repairs 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends of any radius complete all as specified and directed.
