S&F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm Plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with mild steel square tube, supplying and fixing in opening as per specifications and drawing including making good to disturbed surface of walls, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. Material and labour glazed ceramic coloured digital tiles in vertical surface 300x450x7 mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed white or colored cement to match the surface over and including 10 mm thick CM 1:4 all as specified.(Sample as approved & Kept in GE's sample room)

Material and labour non-skid digital ceramic joint less coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm , in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and set in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured/white cement to match the surface over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4.(sample as approved & kept in GE's sample room)

Material and labour vitrified ceramic (Double Charged) edge cut joint free coloured or printed any shade tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and set in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured/white cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4. (Sample as approved & Kept in GE's sample room)

Description all as item No. 72 above but as in vertical surfaces dado/skirting over a backing coat of CM 1:4, 10 mm thick complete.

M&L 16 to 18 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, over 15 mm thick CM 1:4 as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified.

M&L for 50mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection, laid in slope of 1:20 and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement including making joint at 3m interval and at each corner the joint shall be filled with bitumen mastic filling to full depth (comprising one part hot blown bitumen 85/25 and two part of sand), complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment of any description incl under layer, taking down of cement plaster any thickness and removal of debris off the premises including grubbing up of trees and preparation of concrete surfaces by scrubbing down with steel brushes and cleaning with water to remove all loose dirt/dust.

M&L Rendering 15mm thck in CM 1:4 on concrete surfaces of roof finished fair & even and including mixing of water proofing compound (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for water proofing treatment in the following sequences:- (a) Applying 1st course of bituminous primer conforming to IS -3384 @ 0.4 Kg/Sqm cover the surface till the surface properly impregnated and insolvent oil primer evoporate completely. (b) Applying 2nd coat of blown 85/25 graded bitumen confirming to IS 702 @ 1.2 Kg/sqm. (c) Applying 3rd course of APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified polymeric membrane 3 mm thick weight not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm with 160 Grams/Sqm non woven polyester made at centre core reinforced laid with 75 mm side overlap and 100 mm overlap. The membrane has to be laid with LPG torch and overlap sealed and finished neat complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly sufrace of APP Membrane and applying two coats of water based bituminious alumunium paint @ 200 ml per sqm complete all as specified and as directed

Supply only Water proofing compound liquid.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or from concrete surface including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, and removing unserviceable material outside cantt area, complete all as specified. Note :- Work will be carried out upto 4th storey of bldgs also as per direction of Engr-in-charge including necessary formwok and scaffolding required as per site conditions & no extra payment shall be made on this account.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surface walls, in cement mortar 1:6, rendering is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surface walls, in cement mortar 1:4 , rendering is to be finished even and fair without using extra cement (up to 4th storey with necessary scaffolding) complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surface ceilings, in cement mortar 1:3 , rendering is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces of any description having width/girth exceeding 10 cm including preparation and rubbing with sand paper to make surface even and smooth complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces having width/girth exceeding 10 cm including necessary rubbing with sand paper or grinding by hand grinder to achieve smooth and even surface and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces of any description ( up to IVth storey with necessary scaffolding) complete all as specified.

M&L for applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint on new wooden surfaces of any description over a coat of pink primer having width/girth exceeding 10 cm complete all as specified including preparation and necessary filling by chalk putty as and where requered to make surface even and smooth.

M&L for preparation of old decorated concrete/ plastered surfaces of walls, Pillars, cornices etc by booming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots & rubbing with sand paper and applying two coat of oil bound distemper on old decorated wall surface including two coats of wall care putty of 3 mm thick on uneven surface as and where required.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls & applying two coats of oil bound distemper over two coat of wall care putty of 1 to 2 mm thick and one coat of primer complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plastered/ concrete surfaces of walls to achieve smooth and even surface and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint incl 2 to 3 mm thick wall care putty and a coat of primer complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old decorated brick /concrete/ plastered /un-plastered surfaces of walls, pillars, cornices etc by brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots,rubbing with sand paper and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint paint on walls, pillars, cornices etc, complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plastered/concrete surfaces of walls, (up to 4th sorey with necessary scaffolding) and applying two coat of cement based paint over one coat of primer complete all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered /concrete/ brick surfaces of walls (up to 4th storey with necessary scaffolding) and applying one coat of cement based paint on old decorated surfaces including preparation.

M&L for preparation of new decorated brick /concrete plastered /un-plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coat of white wash on ceiling.

M&L for TMT mild steel bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking end and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for use and waste form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs landings and similar work, not exceeding 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping) for fair finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified.
