Providing & laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement: 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centring & shuttering in Foundation & plinth.

Providing & laying cement concrete1:1.5:3 (1cement :1.5 sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) & curing complete excluding the cost of form work & reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

Foundation, footing, bases of columns and the like & mass concrete.

Wall (any thickness but not less than 0.10 mts.Thickness)attached pillasters, buttresses plinth,& string courses etc.from top of found level upto floor two level

Prov.form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 mm,so as to give a fair finish i/c centring shuttering, strutting & propping etc. with wooden battens & ballies, ht. of propping & centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.00 mts. & removal of the same for in situ-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work :-

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses & framed work i/c cutting,hoisting & fixing in position & applying a priming coat of red paint :- In grating, framed, guards, bars, ladders, railing, brackets & similar works.

Providing & laying in trenches GMS/MS Tubes (L/M class) tube fitting (Earth work in trenches to be measured & paid for separatly)
