Re-routing of UG Steel Pipeline The SOR covers re-routing of steel pipe line by Transportation of Pipe, loading, unloading of the line pipes to the site, (Excluding Trench) laying of pipeline with dewatering and cleaning of pit or trench if required, Welding, NDT, DPT, joint coating, holiday testing, backfilling, laying of warning mat, hydrotesting, pigging, swabbing of pipes, N2 purging etc. which required to complete the pipeline mechanically and commissioning of pipeline as per approval by EIC. Surface and bevel preparation, DP checking, Drying of the section if required etc. and as per requirement at site and direction given by EIC. Contractor to carry out all the activities involved in Pre- commissioning and commissioning and ensure the safety requirements such as PPEs, barricading, sign boards, blinking light etc. to complete the section work in day and night as directed by EIC. Contractor to arrange all necessary equipment, DG, pipe line fittings, consumables, manpower with PPE's, Fire extinguishers, Fire fighting services and local coordination as required etc. to complete the job. After Completion of the job all related documents to be submitted. Job shall be carried out as per ASME B 31.8/ API 1104 in all aspect as per the satisfaction of MNGL.

Mobilization for Hook Up (UG Pipeline) The SOR covers additional manpower, site coordination,Liasioning, tools, equipments, machines, excavation, welding, NDT, Coating, backfilling, etc. whichever is required to complete the given hook up work in totality for all size of UG Pipeline. vendor can claim only 1 hook up qty per site/job/location. The SOR also covers, distribution of notice/ intimation letter to societies, police station, corporation, fire brigade etc. to execute the decommissioning and commissioning of the pipeline/ section including support for closing of both sides valves, venting the natural gas of the section, Nitrogen purging including supply, vaporizer, checking LEL etc. as per requirement at site and direction given by EIC. Contractor to carry out all the activities involved in De-commissioning and commissioning and ensure all safety requirements such as PPEs, barricading, sign boards, blinking light etc. to complete the section work in day and night as directed by EIC.

Installation of Steel Valves (Butt Welded) :- Valve which is installed on steel pipe line network Activity shall be carried including transportation of Pipe, Valves from MNGL store., loading, unloading of the Pipe, valves to the site, excavating the trench for new valve installation, dewatering and cleaning of pit or trench, Construction of RCC valve chamber, Chamber cover frame fabrication work I,C,T angle/channel upto 10 mm for chamber, Chamber covers with RCC heavy duty 50T covers/chequre plate upto 12 mm thickness as per drawing, Painting, R-95,Welding the section for valve assembly, NDT, DPT, joint coating holiday testing, laying, cleaning section by pneumatic pressure, hydrotesting of valve assembly, closing the valves of both sides of the work place. if the tapping in between the section same to be close. venting the natural gas of the section, Nitrogen purging, Re-installation of purge valves (wherever required), barricading the site with sign boards, cutting the line from both ends of existing pipeline/valve section, surface and bevel preparation, DP checking and welding the pipe with the new section, NDT(Radiography, UT,) MPT coat and wrap for golden joints, Holiday testing, laying of warning mat and back-filling the same etc. Drying of the section if required & construction of valve chamber by RCC Grade M:20 (water proof Chamber) Pre-cast/Steel cover with necessary fabrication (50Ton load capacity). Contractor to carry out all the activities involved in Pre- commissioning and commissioning of the complete section work as directed by OWNER EIC. Contractor to arrange all necessary equipment, pipe line fittings, consumables, manpower with PPE's, Fire extinguishers, Fire fighting services of local corporation as required etc. to complete the job. After Completion of the job all related documents to be submitted. Job shall be carried out as per ASME B 31.8/ API 1104.
