Taking down 20 mm bore steel tubing GI / PPR pipeline and connections from trenches / floor / wall, cleaning and setting aside serviceable GI pipe for re-use & removing unserviceable pipe from site complete all as specified & as directed.

All as per SI item No. 118 here-in-before but 25 mm bore.

S&F Jointing and testing of CI/DI Air relese valve conforming to IS-14845/2000 with double orifice100 mm bore suitable for installation in 200/300 mm dia CI/DI pipe line including nut,bolts,whasers and gasket joint including taking out complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No.137 here-in-before but suitable for 80mm bore.

M & L for construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 1200 X 1200 X 1200mm (internal dimension) one brick thick wall built in CM (1:4) on 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, and 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) both externally and internally, external plaster shall be up to 15cm below GL, providing valve pit cover made of 3.15mm thick MS sheet/plate, including provision of hinges, handle and locking arrangement including 40 X 40 X 5mm angle iron frame fixed on top of valve pit by means of MS hold fast 40x5mm and 150mm long, embedded in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) including two coats of anti-corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide zinc Chrome primer and necessary earth work in soft/loose soil including demolition of old unserviceable existing valve pit & pit cover complete all as specified & directed.
