Supply and fixing MS ERW pipe of bore 250 mm having wall thickness 6 mm with permissible tolerance + 10% conforming to IS-3589, ISI marked, in 3.5 meter long with welded flanges, MS flanges not less than 24 mm thick on both ends closed with end plates including provision of 01 nos inlets (1 x 150 mm,) from flow side and 04 outlets from distribution side ( 2 x 100mm ,2 x 150mm) dia MS pipe , 6 mm wall thickness with not less than 22 mm thick MS welded flanged ends for preparation of header including fabrication and welding works including paint with two coat of synthetic enamelled paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Necessary civil works shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) cement concrete in as in foundation filling of pillar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for RCC foundation, M-25 type (using 20 mm graded aggregates) including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Grouting of nut bolts in the PCC pillar to support the header on both side with clamps, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply fabrication and fixing MS joints like Flanged, bends, Tapers, tail piece (any type) caps, plugs for 100 mm to 300 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth,foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, maneholes, pier holes etc. and taking out/laying of pipe lines of soft/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling, levelling, spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing surplus soil not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing MS ERW pipe class 'B' of bore 250 mm having wall thickness 6 mm with permissible tolerance + 10% conforming to IS-3589, ISI marked alongwith circular welding joints laid in trenches/ along road/ on surface/ slopes/pillars/ culverts/ causeways etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down CI/DI/MS water mains pipe 200 mm bore (including all fittings), with flanged/welded butt joint/ spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Supply, laying, jointing and testing MS ERW pipe class 'B' of bore 200 mm having wall thickness 6 mm with permissible tolerance + 10% conforming to IS-3589, ISI marked alongwith circular welding joints laid in trenches/ along road/ on surface/ slopes/pillars/ culverts/ causeways etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down old unseviceable GI pipe of size 150 mm dia including all fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Unserviceable items retrieved from site should be deposited in MES store by the contractor. (ii) cost of transportation of unsv materials from site to MES store deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Refixing GI/CI pipe obtained from Item No.21.00 above and connections in new or old position (walls, trenches, ceiling and floors etc) of size 150 mm dia complete including main branch connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing GI pipes of size 150 mm dia, medium grade, galvanized with all fitting such as bends, tees, nipples, union and sockets, clamps etc laid in trenches, under floor/walls etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down GI pipe of following sizes including all fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
