Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of water cooled inverter scroll Chiller with multi-compressors minimum one inverter compressor, comprising of Hermetic sealed, DX Evaporator, Shell and tube condenser, suitable expansion device, suitable for operation with minimum nominal operational capacity of 25.5 TR including 50% as standby (2x25.5 TR chiller units as working + 1x25.5 TR chiller unit as standby) for the space to be air-conditioned as given in drawing enclosed, to achieve the desired parameters of temparature of 21°C ± 3°C, RH of 55% ± 5%, The AC plant is deemed to be comprising of the following equipments which are not exhaustive but for indication only. Any other equipment / accessories as required at site for the complete operation to achieve the desired results are to be provided as per the latest trends and the rates quoted is deemed to be inclusive of of all. Make:- Bluestar/Carrier/ Daikin/Voltas or equivalent makes specified in Appendix'B' CHILLER PACKAGE UNIT:- Micro Processor controlled Scroll Chiller unit complete, factory assembled, factory tested, of nominal cap 25.5 TR Each, 3 Nos (02 Nos working and 01 number as standby), suitable for plant of minimum nominal capacity of 51 TR , working on latest eco friendly (with no greenhouse effect) refrigerant R407c /410 a (Green gas) as per OEM standard comprising of scroll compressor suitable for 415V, 50 HZ, 3 phase, including pipes, controls & accessories, starters & microprocessor controlled panels with all required safetys as per OEM, refrigerant, oil charged mounted on common base frame with anti-vibration pads complete as per recommendation by OEM: 03 Nos (2 Nos working at a time and 01 Standby). (iv) Rate quoted shall be inclusive of copper plate earthing with Copper strip size 20x3.15 mm upto 7.5 mtr incl protection pipe all as per SSR part-I complete all as specified and directed. (v) The AC plant also shall be suitable for winter heating.

Supply and fixing of FRP induced draft single cell cooling tower, with minimum Cap of 70 TR & 280 USGPM, complete with spray section, virgin PVC fills with D-15 eliminators, FRP The louvers, basin, CT fan, with belt driven TEFC IE-3 Motor with IP55 protection, intake bird screen and other accessories with out cut off arrangmements at the time of low ambient conditions (Technical Specifications as per OEM Recommendations) inlet - 97.5 deg F outlet - 90 deg F Ambient wet bulb - 28.3 deg C Make:- Delta cooling model 6070/Advance Model No- 1RM37 belt driven, equivalent makes - Pharpur other equivalent makes specified in Appendix'B' Note:- Necessary water supply lines and masonry valve pits for tapping water from the existing pipe line/tank shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.(01 No working at a time and 01 Standby)

Supply and fixing of HDPE/PVC make up water tank of 5000 LTRS capacity 2 Layered ISI marked complete with lid , tank nipples etc installed on PCC/ brick staging upto suitable height as per manufacturer specifications for make up water requirement including brass float valve with ployethylene ball, over flow and drain arrangement, including cutting of existing pipe line and tapping of branch connections, laying of suitable bore GI pipe , medium grade as incomer all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make of tank:- Sintex/ Polycon/Rotex and all other equivalent makes specified in Appendix'B' Note : Cost of connected GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing of Condenser Water Energy efficient mono block type, 3 phase electric driven pump sets, working on 415V, 50 Hz AC,class F insulation with TEFC Squirrel cage induction IE-3/IE-4 motor and bronze imepller with mechanical seal for recirculation of condenser water, 120 USGPM AT 18-20 M Head (suitable capacity) for operation on 50% plant capacity - (02 Nos working and 1 No standby) including rubber vibration isolation pads, mounted on ISMC frame (painted with anti-corrosive primer & paint) on PCC foundation complete all as specified and as recommended by OEM. Make of pump:- Kirloskar/ Beacon/ Jyoti / Gurndfoss / Matterplate / WILO and all other equivalent makes specified in Appendix 'B'

Supply and fixing of Non-chemical type Online Scale Preventer of required size as per the capacity of the condenser water pumping system including piping and control valve of dia 100mm complete all as specified and as recommended. Make:- Scale X / Scale Off / Delta device and all other equivalent makes specified in Appendix'B'

Supply and fixing of Condenser water piping made of MS Pipes, Class 'C' Heavy grade (ISI marked), of suitable size, connected/jointed by Electric Arc Continuous Welding including two coats of anti-corrosive paint over a coat of primer for interconnecting the cooling tower with condensers & pumps, make up water tanks, drain pipes, complete with Y-stainer, NRV, pressure gauges and butterfly valves as mentioned below complete all as specified and as recommended. Make of pipe:-Jindal/ TATA/ Parkash Surya and all other equivalent makes specified in Appendix'B'. Size of pipe of dia 100mm including necessary steel supporting structure.

CHILLED WATER CIRCULATION SYSTEM:- Comprising of the following:- Supply and fixing of Energy efficient, mono block type, 3 phase electric driven pump sets working on 415V, 50 Hz AC class F insulation with TEFC IE-3/IE-4 Squirrel cage induction motor and bronze impeller with mechanical seal for recirculation of chilled water , 65 US GPM 24-30 M HEAD (suitable capacity) for 50% plant capacity - (02 Nos working and 1 No. standby) including vibration isolation pads, mounted on ISMC frame (painted with anti-corrosive primer & paint) on PCC foundation including all connections complete all as specified. Make of pump:- Kirloskar/ Beacon/ Jyoti and all other equivalent makes specified in Appendix'B'

Supply and fixing of Chilled water piping with MS, Heavy Grade(class C) ERW pipes of suitable diameter, including all weldable fittings, butterfly valves, NRVs & 'Y' strainers for interconnection between water chiller, chilled water pumps with AHUs and cooling coil units. Chilled water piping shall be insulated with 50mm thick EPS pipe section TF quality, cladded with Aluminium sheet 26 SWG of dia 80mm including necessary steel supporting structure complete all as specified and as recommended. Supply and fixing of PVC / HDPE Expansion tank of Min 500 ltrs capacity, including insulation with 50mm thick fibre glass/ thermo coal of density 24kg/Cum, finished with cement plaster. Including all necessary civil works, painting with 3 coats of cement based paint, GI medium grade pipes including their connections, necessary piping control valves on inlet, outlet and wash out, including float valve etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Cost of GI pipe medium grade incl connection shall be measured and paid separately.

AIR TREATMENT SYSTEM :- Comprising of the following: Double Skin Floor Mounted AHU (For OT With 20 ACH/Hr) with 4 ACPH fresh Air. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory fabricated Double Skinned Chilled Water Air- handling unit floor mounted fabricated out of extruded aluminium section with 0.8mm pre-plasticized / pre- coated Galvanised steel sheet outside & 0.8 mm polished SS sheet inside with backward curved fan in supply and forward curved in exhaust with fan section and fan motor TEFC (IE3) type suitable for operation on 415 volts ± 10%, 50 Hz ± 5% AC supply, 8 row cooling coil for OT application and 6 RD for Sterile corridor non OT rooms made of Aluminium finned Copper tube, Copper header with coil section, pre-filter section with non woven synthetic media MERV 8 filters in extruded aluminium frame in both the supply & exhaust side of AHU, fine filter section with MERV 13 filters in extruded aluminium frame in supply after fan, (Hepa filters shall be at terminals along with laminar flow plenum & not to be included in the cost), mixing chamber, polished stainless steel drain pan made out of 22 G sheet duly insulated complete with motor, belt drive package, guard etc. without face and bypass dampers. The AHU panels shall be hollow profile with 23+mm thick panel and 40 Kg / cubic metre density PU foam . The motor & blower assembly shall be mounted on Aluminium extruded section only. These AHUs shall have air inlet / outlet connection made of aluminium 20 G & all fixing arrangement / blank off shall be of SS The complete AHU shall conform to standard specification. The face velocity across cooling coil shall be limited to 152 MPM max. The AHU shall be with one set of commissioning filter which shall be replaced with actual filter. The capacity of Air-handlers shall be as follows Make of AHU:- Edgetech/ Zeco/ LLoyd or all other equivalent makes specified in Appendix'B' Note : The contractor will supply one additional motor of same capacity (as standby) as required for AHU and the rate quoted shall be inclusive of the same.

All as per srl item No. 27 here in before but 8000 CFM Supply Air, 8 Row CC, 125 mm Static Pressure, Backward Curved Supply Fan, 9 TR for all OT's complete all as specified and directed. Note for OT AHU : (a) The filters shall be all as per Revised guidelines of NABH for operation theatres. (b) The contractor will supply one additional motor of same capacity (as standby) as required for AHU and the rate quoted shall be inclusive of the same.

All as per srl item No. 27 here in before but 7500 CFM Supply air , 6 Row CC 50 mm Static Pressure for Sterile Corridoor with pre & post Operative room 10 TR / FM complete all as specified and directed.

Ceiling Suspended Terminal Laminar Flow Modules for Operation Theaters complete with Casing in Aluminium / SS Construction, Miniple at HEPA Filters (H-13), SS Perforated Sheets at bottom, Integral DOP Testing arrangement from Clean Room Side, Suspension Arrangement, SS Pressure Plates & Hardware and Aluminium Diffusion Plate. Nominal Size : 2400 x 1800 x 480 mm (Ht) with pressure relife damper with necessary fittings etc. complete in all respect as per direction of EIC. Make - Spectrum/ AFF or equivalent

Hot Water Generators : - Supply, installation and commissioning of electrical hot water generator for winter heating equipped with sufficient no. of flanges and electric immersion heaters. The pressure vessel shall be constructed as per ASME standards and insulated on all sides with 2 layers of 50 mm thick fiberglass with 28 guage aluminium cladding as per specifications. The hot water generator shall be equipped with all automatic and safety controls such as manual reset, high temperature water outlet, step controller and recycling relay, on/off switch type thermostat, pilot light, low water cut off and other controls as per manufacturers recommendations. All basic control and terminals shall be located in an integral control abinet factory wired and tested. The hot water generator shall be suitable for 415+/- 10% volts/50 cycles, 3 phase power supply. The entire hot water generator shall be factor assembled and tested of cap 60 KW water in -110 Deg F Water out -120 Deg F. Fire damper(150 mm deep) with Control Panel with actuator(10Nm Torque) & Wiring Make:- Caryaire/ Mapro/ Ravi / Airpro / Airflow star and all other equivalent makes specified in Appendix'B'

Supply, installation testing and commissioning of duct acoustic insulation Inside the Duct with Engineered Nitrile Rubber open cell foam with Density 140 - 180 Kg/m3 passing Class 1 Fire Performance test as per BS 476 Part 7, Air Erosion test or 10,000 fpm air velocity as per ASTM C 1071-05 to be applied using manufacturer's recommended Rubber based Adhesive in a blend of solvents complete all as specified and directed. 10 mm thick duct acoustic lining with Anti microable type (upto to 5mtr from AHU) Make of insulation:- K Flex/ A flex/ Armacell and all other equivalent makes specified in Appendix'B'

Notes for srl item Ser No. 1 to 51 :- (i) The job consists of design, supply, installation,testing and commissioning of 3x25.5 TR chiller units, where two units shall be working and one unit shall be used as standby as elucidated above. (ii) The complete design, heat load calculation / ducting / AHU/ other details and drawings of AC plant duly approved and vetted by any IIT/NIT/Govt Engineering Colleges shall be submitted to GE for his approval within 28 days of acceptence of contract. All expenses / charges included in the item ser No- 01 to 51 are deemed to included in unit quoted rates & nothing extra shall be admissible to Contractor. (iii)The Specifications given above are for broad reference purpose only. The contractor shall design the air conditioning as per best/latest engineering practice/ conforming to latest relevant IS. The contractor is advised to visit the site in advance before quoting the rate for assessing scope of work. (iv) Details of items/ tonnage of AC plant as given above are only indicative/ tentative, vendor shall ensure proper design of AC plant for OT (general) and non OT portion of bldg as per latest engineer practice based on buildings drawings (showing air conditioned spaces for OT (gen) and Non OT portion) and include all accessories essentially required. (v) Efficiency of scroll type chiller package shall comply with latest ECBC norms. (vi) RCC foundation as per manufacturers standards shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates . (vii) Rate shall be inclusive of earthing with copper plate 60x60x3.15 mm and strip of size 20x3.15 mm all as per SSR part-I and all as directed -04 Nos for chillers (viii) The quoted rates are inclusive of Phase-I test for the period of 24 HRS and phase -II test viz. i.e summer in month of april/ May, Monsoon test in month of July/ Aug and winter test in month of Dec/ January for 72 Hrs in the presence of rep of accepting officer as per engineering practices and laid down procedures. The test results will be signed by the contractor, Engineer in charge, GE, Rep of accepting officer and rep of OEM. (ix) Provisional completion will be issued after successful completion of Phase-I test. The plant is to be tested during Summer, Monsoon and Winter season before issue of final completion, which will be termed as Phase-II tests. The Defect liability period will start after completion of Phase II test. (x) The contractor will provide training to MES staff for duration of 01 (one) Month after Provisional completion of work for satisfactory operation of AC plant. (xi) The quoted rate included material and labour for any Civil Work comprising of Masonry/PCC foundation for, pumping sets, cooling tower, make up water tank and AHUs etc. as per OEM, making opening in the brick wall, making good for ducts, pipes, cables and fresh air intake complete all as seocified and directed. (Please note this AC plant system is being installed in existing building which is being used for operation. This involves alteration / modification in the building. All these modification will be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. The tenderer is advised to visit the site prior to quote the rates. The tenderer will submit a detailed structural drawing for necessary support structure for supporting the duct, from AC plant room to the building for the approval of GE. The cost of this support structure is deemed to be included in the quoted rates).

(xiv) The manning and operation of AC plant till the issue of final completion certificate after phase-II test or 09 month after the issue of phase -I completion whichever is later shall be done by the contractor and rates are deemed to included in the quoted rate.(01 x Refg Mech(skilled) , From -07.00 Hrs to 15.00 Hrs ) (xv) AC plant shall also be suitable for winter heating. (xvi) All the Air Conditioned rooms shall be provided with digital temperature and humidity indicators.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50 m wide and not exc. 1.50 m in depth for foundation etc. or for laying of pipes and fittings, cables, HT / LT poles, stay assembly etc including forming bottom surfaces to required level and slope and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick in each layer as in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (SOIL) to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, fixing, connecting & testing of GI tubing 40mm bore medium grade, ISI marked including all fittings laid in trenches, under floors, fixed to walls etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
