Repair, maint and making the fully functioning of manual/electric operated crane any type of capacity up tp 10 ton (all the cranes are double girder flame proof except hand operated cranes) after checking long travel motion , cross travel motion , hoisting motion (electrically and mechanically) in presence of user rep and MES rep & rectify any type of defects immediately when found including servicing, greasing, oiling & carrying out routine maintenance as directed by Engineer in Charge (Note :- (i) any accessories found unserviceable that shall be replaced under respective items of this Sch. (ii) Labour for lowering,mounting arrangement such as ladder , pully block,rope system and other connected mechanism shall be contractor arrangement and rates are deem to be included in this Job.No extra payment will be made to the contract against lowering/lifting the spare etc at a height of 20' to 40' Note:- Total No of cranes are as under 10 Ton -01 No , 03 Ton-11 Nos, 02 Ton-02 Nos, 1.5 Ton-01 No, 0.3 Ton-02 Nos, Hand operated cranes 2 Ton-03 Nos. Minimum service required for cranes is once in a month ,and for hand operated cranes once in Three months. Make of cranes is Dinesh Enterprises and Tib Udyog

Dismentling the main driving shaft of forward/reverse drive of cranes after unscrewing nuts,bolts, washers including other connected accessories with shaft such as breaking assembly, coupling,brearings coursings,gear box lowering down the smaller portion of shaft from 20ft approximate height for removing and threading,repairing manufacturing drilling teeth keys one nos bearing housing cabinet and replacement of one nos tapper bearing (approximate dia of shaft 1"-1/2" ) welding of foundation rest pad making drills holes in rest pads matching with main foundation of trolly, cleaning,greasing and oiling of all the bearing,bearing housing,gear box etc complete for smooth functioning including providing 12 Nos 6mm dia 1" long L-key bolts and 10 Nos foundation and coupling bolts as existing earlier and coupling bolts of not more than 3" long and 12mm dia complete including re-assembly with connected accessories after repair including carrying out necessary alignment of all the parts connected with shaft all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge (Capacity of crane -0.3 to 10 Ton )

Dismentling of micro -up and down drive arrangement of crane after un-screwing L- key bolts/screws nuts,washers etc which includes gear box of micro drive main box of up -down drive,braking arrangements including dismentling of 3 set (3 pair) of micro coupling,micro-drive arrangement for under taking repair mentioned under respective items including geting down all as dismentled parts from existing platform at a minimum height about 20' to 30' approximately reassembling and re alignment all the parts complete including testing on load on both micro and main drive complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge(.capaicty of Crane 0.3 to 10 Ton )

Dismentling/strip opening gear of micro main shaft drive for replacement of 2 nos gun metal bushes having internal lining for oiling arrangement, replacement of all the nuts/bolts of bush side plate with L-key, bolts of size 1" long 6mm dia oiling/greasing of gear box including necessary cast iron repair to broken foundation which includes welding lathing and grinding complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge. Crane capaicty 0.3 to 10 Ton )

M&L Inline gear box suitable for 3 to 5 HP motor complete all as specified and directed Engineer in charge (Gear Box is suitable for cross travel and long travel make of gear boxes are Dinesh enterprises and Tib udyog).

M&L flame proof / weather proof electro hydraulic thruster operated brake suitable hoisting motion of crane 0.3 to 10 ton cap crane complete all as specified and directed Engineer in charge. Note for Item No 2 To 6 :- Capacity of cranes is From 0.3 Ton to 10 Ton Note for Item No 6 &7:- Excact Scope of repairs shall be as per Sch A Note No 16.1

Dismentling/strip opening micro drive box complete with rectifier transformer arrangement, megnatic disc both side coupling for remotting both the side ends of driving shaft (Gear box coupling side and braking arrangement coupling side) making multti key arrangement on both the shaft and couplings (teeth system ) to avoid any kind of play in coupling and shaft including replacement of 4 nos carbon bushes,replacement of 02 nos gun metal bushas including making oiling arrangement in bushes and side covers of bushes/housing of micro drive re-assembling/testing complete (crane capacity up to 10 Ton) all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Dismentling/strip opening of up/down micro electric braking arrangement after un-screwing nuts,bolts washers, re-adjustment of braking springs,replacement of brake leathers,replacement of two nos 440 volts BCH make brake coils, replacement of both gun metal bushes of shaft housing in brake box making oiling/greasing arrangement complete re-assembling and testing completeall as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge. Checking the load test of EOT crane in presence of unit rep by dummy weight peroidically and record in test record register held in MPH complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Checking and setting programming of motion of EOT crane complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge (Kilowatt of drive for 2-3 Ton crane is 4 KW) .

Supply and fix copper strip 20x3.15 mm complete with saddles/ insulators made out of porcelain or fibre and fixing screws for roof conductor/down conductor including welding or brazing for joints all as required at site or directed by Engr In Charge.

M/L breake oil suitable for EOT crane up to 10 Ton cap as per manufacture recommendation or directed by Engr In Charge.

M/L grease for EOT crane up to 10 Ton cap as per manufacture recommendation or directed by Engr In Charge.

Supply only Variable frequency Drive for diffrenent ratings of motors of crane as per sample and make required at site or approved by EIC. Rate of fixing is included in Item No 1 Above. Note:- 02 Nos for 3 Ton crane, 01 No for 0.3 Ton crane and 01 No for 10 Ton crane

Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600x600x 3.15 mm burried directly in ground not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.25 Mtr below normal ground level connected to the copper strip 20x3 mm size by means of bolts ,nuts,check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and 20x3 mm copper strip procted by provision of GI light grade pipe 40 mm bore incl provision of concrete pit in PCC1:2:4 type B-i , using 20 mm graded stone aggregates with 40 mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 Kg /Sqm and 6mm dia bar handle ,excavation and earth work in any type of soil ,charcoal dust and salt light grade GI watering pipe 20 mm bore with funnel and wire mashand medium grade GI protection pipe 15mm bore 5 Mtr long and GI strip upto main earthing of pole complete all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES Sch 191 Part-I all as specified and directed . (i) Main earthing lead from earth plate electrode to test point upto length of 7.5 meters length shall deem to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item . (ii) GI protection pipe & earthing lead beyond 7.5 metre shall be measured and paid for seperately under appropriate item of Sch A part-IV (Sec-I) . (iii) On testing after completion if the desired resistenance is not obtained the contrator shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to the department .
