Taking down cement plaster of any description, raking out joints, hacking for keys and washing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete work making surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparing surfaces of newly plastered wall surfaces including cornices pilasters etc and applying three coat of white wash on wall complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- 1. If any bushes, trees, debris and any type obstacles surrounding the compound wall to be cleared up to 1m before painting. 2. Before painting 1kg of gum dissolved in hot water shall be added to every 1cum of lime cream. About 1.3kg of lime for making the coating hard and sub resistant.
