M&L for cleaning of existing open drain of any width or any depth including removal of sludge/mud/ silt (liquid or dry) in any position out side of MOD land including complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlarfacings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius and built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 3 above but except brick.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or even surface in cement mortar (1:4) with using Water Proofing compound, including taking down cement plaster on brick walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Rate of WPC included in quoted rate and nothing extra payble on this acount). complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering of ready mix mortar of approved make on brick work or concrete surfaces on wall, finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement as whole or in patch etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on external surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including rubbish off the premises beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping/bed block including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed and including necessary form work required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 in surface channels and drains all as specified and directed

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D-2(using 40mm graded stone agg.) as in foundation/sub base of open drain, saucer drain, culvert, interlocking and chequreded tile complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm stone aggregate) as in floors/pavings /plinth protection etc, finished even and fair (75mm thick) with using extra cement , laid in bays, joints filled with mixture of bitumen and sand ( 1:1) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in bed of drain pipe 300mm bore pipe including packing under hunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed. Note : Thickness of bed below the barrel of pipes 150 mm for pipes 300mm dia and width D+300mm.

M&L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel upto 65 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 300mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm bore UPVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches in floors or fited to wall including all fitings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Providing precast cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 20mm graded aggregate in window or door cills,lintels,bressumers, steps,quoin blocks (for use with masonry),string courses, copings.kneelers, apex stones, pier caps,columns, posts,boundary pillars,bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone wallin).corbels, brackets,etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces,including chamfers,weatherings, throat- ing etc and setting in mortar complete with Joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick sand cushion/Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 80 mm thick Coloured cement concrete interlocking paver blocks hydraulically pressed of compressive strength not less than M-40 grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 60 mm thick Coloured cement concrete interlocking paver blocks hydraulically pressed of compressive strength not less than M-35 grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Coloured Machine pressed cement concrete chequered tiles 30cm X 30cm X 25mm thick machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors and cut and pointed with white cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as manhole cover and similar work n.exc 15cm thick and removal of rubbish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rainforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in manhole covers slab any size and thickness (square /rectangular/circular) as directed and similar work size as per site requirement set in cement mortar 1:6 including form work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F fatory made precast cement conc SFRC manhole cover 70 mm thick (square/rectangular/circular) & placed at site and in any portion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings.complete all as specified (Paymentfor providing grooves shall be made separately) including taking down grit plaster on brick/stone walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing precast RCC jali Set in cement mortar 1:4 Type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) louvres and jallies, 40 mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame & including demolition of old /existing RCC jali complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old steel and iron surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Credit: for demolished/dismantled material of (-) Rs 58200.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part II (Credit Schedule) Note: Tenderer's shall not quote against this item. The amount of Credit Schedule is tentative, however the same shall be considered to arrive at the contract sum.
