Carrying out indoor residual spray, outdoor fogging operation for controlling mosquito menace at Anupuram Township during the year 2026 - 2027.

Carrying outdoor fogging operation with hand operated thermal fogger for controlling mosquito menace using Deltamethrin chemical (1.25 ULV) at the rate of 30 ml mixed in 3 liters of diesel and fogging all around the building and other open areas of entire township at required intervals as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (The rate shall include cost of chemicals, labours, tools & Plants, transportation etc. all complete).

Providing and spraying indoor residual spray against Mosquito and other insects by using Cyfluthrin chemical or other approved chemicals diluted at the rate of 10ml per litre of water and spraying with suitable sprayer inside and surroundings for all types of houses and other buildings as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note:- 1) Payment shall be made for chemical consumed in Ltrs and the tenderer shall quote accordingly. 2) Rate shall be inclusive of Labour, rent for sprayer, PPE, etc., 3) An average of 200ml (approximately) chemical shall be consumed / sprayed per day.

Carrying outdoor mistblowing operation with hand operated mistblower for controlling mosquito menace using Cyphenothrin chemical (Gokilath-S 5% EC) or other approved chemicals diluted at the rate of 200 ml per 20 litre of water and spraying all around the building and other open areas of entire township at required intervals as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (The rate shall include cost of chemicals, labours, tools & Plants, transportation etc. all complete).

Carrying out Anti-Larval operation for mosquito aquatic stage cover in all breeding places with Vectobac chemical and mosquito larvicide oil or other approved chemicals for both inside and outside the Township area at required intervals as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (The rate shall include cost of chemicals, labours, tools & Plants, transportation etc., all complete).

Upto 10m height from AGL

From 10m upto 30m height from AGL

Removal of wasp nests as and when required, at various heights using approved specified chemicals including safety measures without causing disturbance to the surrounding environment, clearing wasp net cluster at specified location, etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Rate of one job shall be measured for clearing cluster of wasp net located at specified place irrespective of the number of nest .

Carrying out indoor fogging operation to control vector borne disease with hand operator fogging machine fitted with micro discharge nozzle using 2% Pyrethrum chemical diluted at the rate of 1 liter chemical mixed in 20 liters of diesel to make 0.1% Pyrethrum formulations (ready to spray formulations) including fogging inside the building as and when required, spraying at early morning or late evening, taking all safety precautions, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer - In - Charge. (Note:- The rate shall inclusive cost of chemical, labour, fogger, etc., complete)

Labour charges for source elimination of larval habitats/ removal of container breeding sources to reduce mosquito larval breeding including clearing all waste materials such as plastic containers, broken bottles, disposed stonewares and unused/ waste tyres etc., in residential/Non residential areas and also creating awareness about the prevention of mosquito to breeding sources etc., all complete as directed by Engineer - In- Charge. Note: 1) Contractor shall be engaged one unskilled mazdoor for each operation. 2) Tenderer shall note that one operation involves one or all activities of descriptions mentioned above for a net working time of 8 (Eight) hours in a day.
