Dismantling MS Pipes 450/630mm steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling HDPE. pipes (630mm dia) of ( Total 72 mtr length Pipes 630mm dia approxr) approx in the warm water outlet side including removing/ cutting corroded bolts, nuts, welding etc. Excavation and refilling,levelling area after taking out the pipes, removing and platforms, also removing stone rubble, waste materials, etc.. including stacking of pipes, disposal of unserviceable surplus material and stacking of serviceable material by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-incharge.

Fabrication (Including plate bending,cutting,machining ,welding and fittings like Bolt & Nut with washers , Gaskets etc) supply, transportation, installation, erection and leak testing of mild steel (MS) pipes (warm water inlet) and applying priming coat of epoxy primer with painting as per the drawing and make suiting to site condition and as per specification provided in the annexure. (it is requested to make necessary measurement as per actural for completing job as per existing site condition)(Rates provided are Present Market Rate) (Full cost)

Repair/Maintenance of Structural steel work Jib crane fitted at the sump of LTTD Plant Minicoy (I beam, Metal supporting structure, flanges, roller ) riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.Also Fabrication and providing of Roller in the structure and flange fitted at the top of the structure etc required. sample available in the LTTD Plant Minicoy with Dismantling steel work, beams channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding when necessary as per the direction of engineer in-charge. Providing and applying one coat of 3 mm chopped stranded FRP mat with vinylster resin and hardner on surface of newly fabricated pipes (warm water inlet & outlet) (Full cost])

Procurement, Supply, Transport, Installation of HDPE pipes 450mm with fittings(Stub, tee, joint, bend, flange sets, suitable Bolt & Nut etc) in the Cold water discharge side( Total 20 mtr length Pipes 450mm dia approx ), having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply by providing HDPE fittings and flange, clamps includes smoothening the surface of HDPE pipe, jointing of pipes &fittings with HDPE Welding, fixing bolts, nuts and washers complete etc as required with refillling, levelling, removing unservicable materials around pipe complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Providing and fixing HDPE pipe (630mmdia) with HDPE stub fittings, pipe joining by flange with bolts, and nuts, welding including hire charges of welding mirror, tools, moving crane, tractor for support and transport etc.including excavation, fillings etc as per actual as per the direction on engineer in charge ( HDPE Pipe 630 mm pipe to be supplied by the department other fittings to be provided and supplied by contractor)

Procurement, supply, transportation and installation of Butterfly valve as per specification (wafer type),size 450NB, Make-Audcu,Leader valves,BHEL, Tyco Valves or any other reputed make, Operating pressure -2Bar, Operating temperature 10-30 Deg.Celcius, Flow rate 0-200Kg/s, Liquid Density 1021-1026Kg/Cu.m, Actuator-Manually operated wheel, Valve STD- BS5155/API 609, Seat tightness/shut off classifications- ANSI class IV, Pressure testing BS6755 part I, Body-ASTMA 216 grade WCB, DISC- Duplex 4A Grade AB2/AISI 316+cobalt based HF or tungsten/chrome carbide coating, STEM-AISI 410PTFE coated.
