Earth work in foundation in hard soil or gravelly soil within 50m intial lead and lifts 1.5 M intial lifts including dressing and leveling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site including cost of all labour, T&P,Cess and dewatering if required for the work etc. complete as per drawing and Technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and filling in foundation and plinth with sand, laying in layers, well watered and rammed including cost, conveyance, royalties and EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials, cost of all labour and T&P,Cess etc. complete in all respect as per direction by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying PCC (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm size crushed stone granite aggregates including laying in layers, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties, EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials and cost of all labours, T&P,Cess etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer -in –charge.

R.C.C. work of M.20 in Foundation using 20 mm & down graded size crushed stone granite aggregates including hoisting lowering, laying concrete and compacting by using vibrators, watering, curing and necessary centring & shuttering for smoth finishing of work excluding steel reinforcement work including cost, conveyance, royalties,EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials and cost of all labours, T&P,Cess etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer -in –charge.

R.C.C. work of M.20 in Plinth band using 20 mm & down graded size crushed stone granite aggregates including hoisting lowering, laying concrete and compacting by using vibrators, watering, curing and necessary centring & shuttering for smoth finishing of work excluding steel reinforcement work including cost, conveyance, royalties, EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials and cost of all labours, T&P,Cess etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer -in –charge.

R.C.C. work of M.20 in Column & Beam using 20 mm & down graded size crushed stone granite aggregates including hoisting lowering, laying concrete and compacting by using vibrators, watering, curing and necessary centring & shuttering for smoth finishing of work excluding steel reinforcement work including cost, conveyance, royalties, EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials and cost of all labours, T&P,Cess etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer -in –charge.

Straightening cutting, bending & binding of bent up or coiled rods confirming to I.S. 432 for Plain and 1785 for Tor steel and binding, tying the grills, hoisting, lowering and placing in proper position including cost, conveyance and EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials and cost of all labour with all T&P,Cess required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer- in-Charge.

Fly ash brick masonry in all floors with cement mortar (1:6) using bricks of 23cm size, after immersing Bricks before use with watering, curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties, EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials, cost of all labour, all T&P,Cess etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.Foundation

Supplying of M.S. Angle / square bar of approved size, febricatrd to fix GCI sheets on roof of ISI marked standard MS Angles of approved thickness and quality of approved Manufacturers with all required iron and aluminum fittings, including mending to sizes supplying and fixing hinged cleats, sand blocks and fixing of oxidized iron or chromium plated iron aldrops, tower bolts, knobs or rings or handles, hinges, screws and other fittings, etc. complete as per requirement including cost, conveyance and EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials and labour with T&P,Cess required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per drawing and Technical Specification and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge

Supplying, fitting & fixing of Profile coloured sheet including cost of fitting etc. Complete including cost, conveyance, EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials and labour with T&P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing 12 mm thick C.P. with C.M. (1:6) on outside surface of wall with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth including watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalties and EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials with cost of all labour, T&P,Cess, and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing 16 mm thick C.P. with C.M. (1:6) on inside surface of wall with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth including watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalties and EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials with cost of all labour, T&P,Cess, and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing of Vitrified tiles (60cm x 60cm: colour) in floors over 20mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:4) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including cost, conveyance and EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P,Cess etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing of Chequred tiles in floors over 20mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:4) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including cost, conveyance and EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P,Cess etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Scarping old paints with scapers, sand papering & washing with soap water or soda including scaffolding charges up to 5.0m hetght with cost of all labour etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with approved weather seal paints of approved colour, shade on wall surface over a coat of wall primer including sand papering, polishing the surface, cost, conveyances,EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P,Cess etc, complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with plastic emulsion paint over a coat of water bond cement primer to make an even finished surface in all floors and heights to wall surface of approved make and shade including sand papering, applying putty wherever necessary & cost of scaffolding, staging charges with cost, conveyance, EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P,Cess etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting one coat with approved enamel paints of approved colour, shade over old Iron / Wood work including sand papering, polishing the surface, cost, conveyances,EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P,Cess etc, complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.
