Replacement of 150mm dia CI sluice valve on suction side of 30000 GPH x 250 meter head pump set at pumping station Sounthian stage-1st by way of providing and fitting of new CI valve of same rating conforming to ISI standard. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, hiring charges of tools and tackles, transportation charges etc. The firm should quote separately rebate on old parts / wornout / unserviceable items.
Replacement of wornout parts of 20000 GPH x 21-29 meter head mono submersible pump Installed at intake of pumping station Sounthian stage-0 by way of extraction of mono submersible pump from open well (River Tawi) alongwith MS pipes one by one manually by using chain pulley block. Carriage of mono submersible pump to the workshop and then dismantling and extraction of the wornout parts and then providing and fitting of new parts of pump i.e. thrust pad-2nos., cast iron impeller-1no., chuck nut-1no, disc pad-1no., Replacement of rotor shaft by fabrication and fitting of new shaft as per sample also providing and fitting of stainless steel shaft sleeves at NDE and DE. Job also includes assembling of complete pumping unit. Carriage of pump to the pumping station and then lowering in open well (River Tawi) by lowering the pipes manually by using chain pulley block. Testing the pump set on full load. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, hiring charges of tools and tackles, shifting charges etc. The firm should quote separately rebate on old parts / wornout / unserviceable items.
