Supply & Erection of 12 Mtrs flange type hot dip galvanized (The galvanizing done in single dipping method for better finish) Octangonal Pole having following Speciications:- ( a) Dimension:Top Dia- 90mm, Bottom Dia-240mm, 2 sections( each section of Length-6200mm) thickness- 4mm for bottom section and 3mm for Top Section having suitable sectional length with slip joints between sections without any circumpherencial welding complete with average coating thickness of atleast 65 micron. (b).02 no 20mm dia Rod of length at least 1000mm for reinforecement and Shall have interlocking pad. (C). The pole shall be provided with Head Frame as per drawing given in SBD. (d). Pole shall have door of approximate 500 mm length at the elevation of 500 mm from the Base plate. The door shall be internal hinged & vandal resistance and shall be weather proof to ensure safety of inside connections. The door shall be flush with the exterior surface and shall have suitable locking arrangement. (E) Pole shall have a galvanised base plate of Size 325x325x20 mm with provision of holes for 04 No M-24 J- Bolt of length 750 mm and Shall be provided with approprate No of G.I Stiffners. It includes supplying and fixing the follwing in the window box provided for cable termination including supplying and fixing the following in the window box provided for cable termination . I) Supplying and fixing 6mm thick laminated mount sheet inside the window. II) Supplying and fixing of 4 way 63A, terminal block, suitable for 50 sq. mm conductor-02 Nos III) P/F DIN Channel of suitable length- 01 No. on the existing laminated sheet. IV) Supplying and fixing 10 amps, SP MCB, "C" curve 10KA- 04 nos, Earth stud 02 nos, welded at suitable hight, washers, springs washers and nuts. The job Includes P/F Fabricated Channel type Brakett ,E.R.W Pipe to suit Pole top,channel welded to sleeve Top (fabrication to be done as per drawings in SBD)

Design & casting of RCC Foundation of 1500mm(H)X 600mm X 600mm size with M-20 (1Cement, 2 coarse, 4 Stone aggregate) complete with 10/12mm dia. M.S. bar for reinforcement( 50 kg/cum) along with centering & shuttering i/c fixing 750mm long , 20 mm dia J type G.I, coated foundation bolt/ Anchor bolt with template suitable for 12.0 mtr polygonal pole complete with providing &fixing of 2 mtr long 100mm PVC corrogated pipe during casting for cable entry( loop IN & loop OUT), excavation the soil & refilling, ramming, curing etc. as reqd.

Supplying and drawing of 2.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, 10- core Cable in the street light poles as required.

Supply and laying of ISI marked HDPE Pipes of reputed make with continuous run from pole to pole and up to Lighting/AC distribution board as per instruction of Site Engineer- in charge. The HDPE pipe should be brought out of concrete through the foundation bolts and base plate. Specification Size: 50 mm or 2'' inch. Type: PE-63 IS: 4984

Chemical earthing with copper bonded steel rod with three gem chemical bag with clamp in pit alongwith Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. Pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Fabrication, supply and fixing of J- Hooks made out of 25x3mm Flat Iron to be fixed along Chain link fencing in the playground for fixing 50mm2 &95mm2 3.5 core XLPE cable
