Chipping and removing the existing damaged roof slab in R type quarters by manual operation with chisel or any other suitable equipment method without causing any vibration to the roof and disposing the dismantled concrete away from the site with an initial lead of 1000 m and lift of 2m, cleaning the roof area as directed by the TANGEDCO Engineer including cost of T&P, lead, lift, providing proper support for existing roof if necessary during dismantling etc., complete

Providing PCC 1:1.5:3 using 6 to 12 mm HBG metal and M Sand from approved quarry and using cement of approved make for roof and adding 2% water proofing compound by weight of cement including cost of all materials, labour charges, curing, consolidation, all leads, lifts application of adhesive for bonding of old and new concrete, placing of weld mesh of 10 cm x 10 cm x 10 gauges etc., as per standard specification etc., and as directed by the TANGEDCO Engineer in charge complete.

Weathering course by using one course of solar reflective tiles of size 305 mm x 305 mm x 7 mm over a bed of CM 1:3, 20 mm thick and adding water proof compound by 2% weight of cement in cement mortar including cement, M - Sand and all other materials, labour, curing all leads and lifts etc., complete and as per standard specification.
