Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of FFully Automatic Wheat Flour (Atta) Mill with Auto Control Chakki 500 Kg per Hour Equipment With Minimum Technical Specification Mentioned In The Bid Document.

Intake Table / Wheat Feeding System: - Heavy-duty MS fabricated intake table/feed hopper. - Suitable for continuous feeding of wheat to the cleaning section. - Minimum feeding capacity: 800 to 1000 Kg/hr. - Suitable provision for manual bag unloading. - Properly designed hopper and feed control arrangement. - All food-contact/product-contact surfaces shall be suitably finished and free from contamination-prone construction.

Pre-cleaner - Capacity: Minimum 800 Kg/hr. - Suitable for removal of dust, husk and coarse impurities.

Four-Seat / Multi-Deck Round Separator- - Minimum capacity: 800 Kg/hr. - Gear-driven arrangement. - Suitable screens for separation of large and fine impurities such as stones, sand, dust, straw and other foreign material. - Screens shall be easily removable for cleaning.

De-stoner- - Minimum capacity: 800 Kg/hr. - Suitable for removal of stones and heavy impurities. - Adjustable air-flow and feed arrangement.

Gravity Seperator- - Suitable for separation based on specific gravity were provided as part of the cleaning system.

High-pressure blower with cyclone- - Suitable for aspiration and dust removal. - Complete with necessary ducting and cyclone.

Bucket Elevators- - Minimum 3 Nos. bucket elevators or equivalent arrangement, including the required additional elevators for inter-stage material transfer. (1x Elevator in Cleaning Section and 2x Additional Elevators) - Capacity: Suitable for continuous operation at minimum 500 Kg/hr finished flour plant capacity. - Approximately 7" × 7" casing, 8 mm thickness, 4" belt and 4" PVC buckets. - Gear-driven system. - Proper inspection/maintenance access. - Food-grade/product-suitable buckets. - Complete with belt, buckets, pulleys, bearings, tensioning arrangement and drive motor.

Waram Conveyor- - Continuous screw conveyor / conditioning conveyor for controlled addition of water to wheat. - Gear-driven continuous screw flight. - Suitable for uniform water addition and mixing. - Water dosing shall be controllable. - The arrangement shall be suitable for conditioning/tempering before grinding. - Complete with motor, gearbox, screw flight, trough, inlet/outlet and necessary accessories.

Wheat Storage or Tempering Silo- - Minimum 2 Nos. storage/tempering bins or silos. - Quotation basis: 4 MT capacity each, total 8 MT. - Heavy-duty MS construction. - C-channel supporting structure. - Bolted/folding-wall arrangement where applicable. - Suitable inlet and discharge arrangement. - Proper access for inspection and cleaning. - Suitable for holding conditioned wheat before grinding. - Silo/bin shall be adequately sized for continuous operation of the 500 Kg/hr plant.
