Providing House Keeping Services for rooms (28 Nos.), kitchen and dormitary including cleaning/sweeping/dusting and upkeeping of rooms and bed with replacement of clean and ironed bed sheet /cover/pillows/blanket/garbage bag from dustbins etc. Proper cleaning of bathroom, providing with toilet soap, bath soap, shampoo pouch, odonil, sanitary cubes, cleaning big and small towel in prescribed form as and when required. Providing Mosquito repellant instrument with accessories in rooms. Rates include all labour, material, T & P required for proper completion of work. (Rates for 24 hour of services)

Providing Catering services as below (Rates for labour & cooking, utensils services provided by the contractor, food material cost shall be borne by guest).: a. Preparation and serving of breakfast /lunch / dinner to guests at dining hall as per menu on dailly payement basis. b. Providing Catering services by providing and serving of tea / coffee to guests at rooms as and when required.

Cleaning of outdoor area corridor / balcony / drive away /pavements and removal of rubbish from premises of field hostel area required to the satisfaction of E/I. Rates include all labour, material, T & P required for proper completion of work.

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam Clay or Sand) including lift upto 1.5m and lead upto 30m and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and sides of the foundation work.

Local Sand filling in plinth including supply of necessary quantity of local sand from out side the UPPCL premises including watering, dressing etc.Rate to include cost of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetations, grass, bush, wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30cm measured at a height of 1.0m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50m outside the periphery of UPPCL area cleared.

Leveling and dressing and making proper slopes including cutting and filling of earth upto a depth 100 mm if so required including all labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Dismantling existing plaster including disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer-I/C within a distance of 60 M

Scrapping old white or colour wash or distemper including disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer-I/C within a distance of 60 M.

Dismentaling brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 60 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling doors/ window leaves including stacking of materials as directed by the Engineer I/C within a dist. 60 M.

Mild steel or iron work in heavy sizes such as trusses built up gates, door frames, record, racks roof work gates etc. wrought to required form including holes riveting or welding where necessary and also fixing in proper position and alignment including cost of all materials supplied by contractor

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not including in an over all rate) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage, bend, hooks and authorized overlapping shall be measured. (Steel shall be arranged by the contractor)

Concrete with 4cm gauge Ist class brick ballast (class 150), coarse sand (F.M. 1.8.to2.5.) and cement in proportion of 12:6:1 in foundations and under floors including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Concrete with 4cm gauge stone ballast, coarse sand (F.M. 1.8 to 2.5) and cement in proportion of 8:4:1 in foundation & under floors including supply of all materials, labour & T&P etc. complete.

S/F 6mm white glazed / matt finish tiles of Kazaria, Somani / jonson of size 300x450 mm in skirting, wall or dado laid with 1:3 cement and approved coarse sand mortar finished with white cement slurry, jointing and polishing complete, including supply of all materials labour and Tools and Plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

S/L 8mm white glazed/ matt finish non skiding tiles of Kazaria, Somani / jonson of size 300x300 mm in flooring laid with 1:3 cement and approved coarse sand mortar finished with white cement slurry, jointing and polishing complete, including supply of all materials labour and Tools and Plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying floor of 10 mm thick vitrified tiles in flooring or skirting of approved brand (Bell, Johnson or equi. make) size of 600x600 mm of approved shade, colour and pattern , laid over base cement mortar 1:4 mix including finishing the joints with white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile including cost of all material, labour and T&P required for proper completion of the work.
