Internal Electrification

Supply and fixing LED Decorative box type batten fitting 1x18W to 22W, prewired, suitable for retrofit LED tubes, prewired upto connection block and connecting with three core PVC copper flexible cable of size 1 Sq mm from ceiling rose to connector block, including taking down old unserviceable surface mounted fitting of any wattage and type, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Havells cat No REGALBATTENT 8UPTO1X22WSSBSWH or equivalent in Crompton Greaves/PHILLIPS.

Supply and fixing basic all purpose surface and wall mounted LED batten with polycarbonate housing & integrated electronic driver 9W complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge Cat no LUMILINEBS9WLED830SPCWH of Havells or its equilant in Crompton/Wipro

Supply and fixing LED tube rod 20 watts (retrofit LED tube) energy saving, recess / surface mounted luminaire suitable for fixing in the batten fitting 1x18W to 22W, complete all as specified and directed Make : Havells cat No PHOTONULTRA 1213T8SSTL20WLED865SPC or equivatent in WIPRO / PHILLIPS.

Supply, fixing and testing ceiling fan 1200mm sweep, metallic body, metallic blades, copper wound heavy duty with minimum BEE 3 star rating, 230 volts, single phase, high speed, heavy duty, operating on single phase AC supply, including provision of PVC insulated flexible copper wire 1.5 Sqmm three core from ceiling rose to fan for giving connection, complete all as specified and directed. Make - Havells,Crompton Greaves, Bajaj, Standard India.

Supply and fixing Air Ventilator Fan 250mm sweep 1450 RPM, 230 Volts, 50 Hz, single phase, AC supply, dynamically balanced impeller for smooth and vibration free operation, double ball bearing, durable metallic body, with louvers and shutters, propeller type, 4" long bolts & nuts for fixing fan and 3" long bolts & nuts for fixing louvers with necessary civil work, including provision of PVC insulated flexible copper wire 1.5 Sqmm three core from ceiling rose to fan for giving connection , complete all as specified and directed. Make - Havells,Crompton Greaves, Bajaj, Standard India, Osram.

Supply and fixing LED Street light 25 watts fitting, 230 volts, including provision of 25 mm dia GI pipe light grade Bracket 1.2 mtr long with necesssary clamps and other acessories as required for fixing at site, complete all as specified and directed. Make- Cat Part No LSTS-25-CDL-M of Crompton Greaves or its equivalent in Havells, Philips complete

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Supply and Lowering into casing pipe of borewell, jointing and testing of MS column pipe with flanged ends, heavy grade,100 mm bore, ISI marked, in 3mtrs length, screwed both ends, including provision and fitting of 6mm thick screwed & welded flange & including making cut in the flange at both ends for housing the submersible cable of submersible pump complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply,Installing, commissioning and testing of submersible pump set driven by submersible type electric motor of suitable capacity as recommended by the manufacturer, lowered into casing pipe of 250 mm dia and coupled with 100 mm bore column pipes, having the following specificatuions:- Head : Not less than 140 Mtrs Output : Not less than 600LPM Staging : 10 stages Delivery : 80 mm Dia (b). Motor:- HP : Not less than 25HP Voltage : 380-415volts Phase : 3Phase HZ : 50 (Make :- Kirloskar Model No KS8D2510 or equivalent from makes as mentioned in Appx 'B' )

Supply and fixing PVC insulated and PVC sheathed submersible cable, flat, 3 core, 16 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor suitable for working voltage 1100 Volts including securing to column pipe with MS flat clamps of suitable size and making connections to motor/starter, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing housing clamp 60cm long, 20cm wide, made out of 12mm thick MS plate for 100mm dia MS column pipe with 04 Nos 25mm dia bolts alongwith nuts and with twin washers, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & installation, testing and commissioning of liquid clorine / hypochloriite chemical dosing system with suction/ discharge & other accessories, capacity 8 litres per hour and injection pressure 0.9 Kg/Sqcm pump set suitable for injecting the dose of hypo chloride solution to get the result of chlorine contents, including multi core insulated copper conductor cable of required size as per the recomendation of manufacturer laid from LT control panel to the dosing system, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- PVC insulated copper cable, PCC & any other work required to make the system fully functional shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate and nothing extra shall be admissible on one or the other item.

Supply and fixing water pressure gauge direct dialing type of size 100mm dia, 0-30Kg/Sqcm complete including suitable GI pipe with fittings for fixing with water mains CI pipe line 150mm dia bore, complete all as specified and directed. Make: H Guru/Felbig

Supply and fixing water meter ISI marked, horizontal, dry dial type, 100mm dia, with both ends flanged ,cast iron body, to read in metering system and fixing in main pumping line of size 150mm bore complete all as specified and directed. Make: Dashmesh/Vir

Material and labour for cutting of existing CI rising main 150mm bore in position, including necessary earth work for insertion of 01 Nos tee 150mmx150mm bore (all ends socket) and two Nos connected pieces (socket and spigot) 150mm bore, sluice valves etc and lead joint complete all as specified and directed. Note : Joints & CI specials /fittings shall be measeured & paid for separately.

Material and labour for construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 120cmX120cmX120 Cm (internal size of chamber) for sluice valve, depth of chamber to be reckoned from the top of PCC in foundation to the top of MS cover, with and including 3mm thick MS sheet and frame of angle iron 40mmx40mmx 6mm with fixing arrangement, hinges and locking arrangement and two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on MS cover and frame including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soi,l returning filling, 150mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, brick work in cement mortar 1:6 and 15mm thick plastering in CM 1:4, 150 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 as in copping complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS

Supply ,installing ,testing and commissioning factory made and CPRI approved ,cubicle type floor mounted indoor type LT panel board, vermin proof ,protection class IP-54, suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 HZ, AC supply system, made out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet and mounted on 50mmx50mm x6mm thick MS angle iron frame work, 200mm below the floor level and 300mm above, gouted in PCC1:2:4, front and back openable type with locking arrangements, cable alloy on both side duly powder coated finish over a coat of red oxide primer, including tinned copper bus bar duly insulated of capacity 300 Amps fixed on insulators. All outgoing connection duly connected with tinned copper strip of appropriate capacity and internal wiring in the panel with PVC insulated ,solid copper conductor FRLS cable IS-694 made 1100 volts grade of appropriate size including incoming and outgoing connection with suitable size of thimbles & fixed with glands of required size complete all as specified and directed also including the following accessories:-

(viii) LED Phase indicator lamp set, RYB for each out going complete & connection with multi stranded copper conductor cable - 01 set. (ix). On load change over switch 4 pole, 415 volts, 125 Amps, 50HZ capacity front operated 'ON load type' -01 No

Supply and fixing heavy duty three phase 525 Volts, 50Hz, 7.5 KVAR square capacitor with necessary connection all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of acoustic proof diesel engine driven generating set, water cooled, fully wired, 415 volts, AC, three phase, 4 wire, 50 cycles/Sec having capacity 36 KW , 45 KVA continuos rating, Power factor 0.8 (lagging) as per IS 4722 and connections as per IE rule. DG set shall be mounted on common base plate with anti vibration pad mounting including PCC foundation and platform as recommended by the manufacturer and as approved by the GE. The Gen Set shall confirm to CPCB norms for noise and emission limits and necessary certificate from National Physical Laboratory to this effect shall be submitted. The DG Set shall be complete with integrated micro processor control panel and also consisting of the following all as specified and directed:- (a) DIESEL ENGINE: The engine shall be liquid cooled turbo charged, liquid cooled type, oil lube oil filter , fuel pump, injectors shall be housed outside recker cover to enable easy maintenance . Engine rating shall be 56 BHP prime mover @ 1500 RPM at NTP and shall be of make Kirlosker Green Gen Set engine Model No 3R1040TA-G1, 03 cylinder or equivalent from one of makes mentioned in Appendix 'B' as approved by the GE, configuration 90 degree V type , 4 cycle turbo charger,fuel pump with electronic governer, oilfilter, Radiator with fan ,exhaust and silencer pipe insulated with glass wool and aluminium cladding, safety devices and other standard fittings such as speedo meter/ hours meter etc all as IS 10002 ,BS 5514 and BHP suitable to the Generator.

(b) ALTERNATOR: The alternator shall be designed for an output of 36 KW , 45 KVA, continous rating at 0.8 PF, screne protected, drip proof in IP- 21 enclosure and closed coupled with the engine with class 'H' insulation and confirming to IS -4722 rated RPM 1500 ,self excited, self regulated, brush less and self ventilating type control panel with all accessories, Electric supply terminal box with gland , earth terminal etc complete all as specified. (c ) ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: The electrical system of the starter motor and charging alternator shall have the following components. (i) Batteries 1 No- 12 Volt, not less than 88 AH (ii) starter motor , Battery charging alternator

d) FUEL TANK: Minimum 100 litres capacity with inlet, outlet, air vent and drain arrangement. (e) Any other accessoreis/parts/components as recommended by the manufacturer and as directed by the GE for entire completion of the item. (f) Civil Works : All civil works related to foundation, platform, installation of panel and equipments including making good of existing structure if disturbed during installation and commissioning of Gen Set (Total depth of foundation shall be min 300 mm with anti-vibration pads) shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. NOTES : The quoted rates shall also be deemed to include the following elements : (i) The capacity of Gen Set shall be net after all due de-rating factors as per relevant ISI designs. (ii) Rate offered shall also include copper conductor cable and cable connections from the Generator to panel with minimum 1x4 runs of suitable size copper condutor cable. (iii) Necessary ducts and PCC cover shall be provided for cable route from generator to main Panel as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(iv) First fill of Lub Oil and coolant. (v) The DG set duly assembled shall be procured by the contractor directly from O.E.M of Engine only. (vi) The drg and specifications of the DG set and its components shall be got approved by the contractor from the GE before procurement. (vii) The DG set shall be got inspected and tested in the factory by the rep nominated by the Accepting Officer before delivery from the factory. The records of the testing shall be signed by the rep of Accepting Officer, Contractor and rep of manufacturer. (viii) The DG set after installation shall also be got tested at site by the rep nominated by the Accepting Officer and the records of the testing shall be signed by the rep of A.O., GE, Engr-in-Charge and the Contractor.

All the arrangements and testing equipments including Diesel for testing, water load etc, for testing as per note (vii) & (viii) above shall be provided by the contractor and cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the contractor's quoted rates. (ix) Cost of PCC for foundation and paltform and all other Civil works.

BORE WELL WORKS

Drilling trial bore hole by direct or reverse rotary combination rig plant and equipment through any kind of soil/rock strata by drilling not less than 200 mm dia bore hole upto 200 metre depth from ground level by carrying out electronic logging of the layers to the complete depth including submitting the strata details duly graphically recorded and disposal of retrieved material to a distance not exceeding 50metre away, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- During drilling lithological sample shall be collected at an interval of 3 mtr (or) when ever there is change in lithology.

Expanding trial bore for new bore well with reverse rotary combination rig plant equipment through any kind of soil/rock strata by drilling not less than 675 mm dia bore hole upto 90 metre from ground level for 300 mm bore MS casing pipe and disposal of retrieved material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre away, complete all as specified and directed.

Expanding trial bore for new bore well with reverse rotary combination rig plant equipment through any kind of soil/rock strata by drilling not less than 525 mm dia bore hole from depth beyond 90 metre upto 200 metre deep from ground level for 250 mm bore MS casing pipe and disposal of retrieved material to a distance not exceeding 50metre away, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, assembling & lowering into bore holes, 300 mm dia MS casing pipe (blind) screwed and socketed as per IS-4270, ISI marked, ERW in random length upto 6 metre, heavy duty, with thickness not less than 8,mm including necessary fittings and jointing upto 90,metre depth from ground level duly painted with 2 coats of bituminous paint on external surface complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cost of socket and welding shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply, assembling & lowering into bore holes, 250 mm dia MS casing pipe (blind) screwed and socketed as per IS-4270, ISI marked, ERW in random length upto 6metre, heavy duty with thickness not less than 8mm including necessary fittings and jointing below ground level beyond 90metre, duly painted with two coats of bitumen paint on external surface of the pipe, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cost of socket and welding shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply, assembling & lowering into bore holes, 250 mm dia Low carbon stainless steel pipes, slotted, with wall thickness of 8 mm and having slot size 1.0 mm to 1.5 mm, including screwed and socketed, ISI marked, of length upto 4metre, including necessary fittings and jointing below ground level, duly painted with two coats of bitumen paint on the external surface of the pipe (strainer pipe slot size can be varied as directed, depending upon the available strata), complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing 8 mm thick MS bail plug, 250 mm dia with strong iron hook screwed and welded in casing pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and lowering of MS centering guide into bore well, made out of flat MS rings, ribs, suitable for 300/250mm dia MS casing pipes, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MS reducer of size 300 x 250mm, of wall thickness 8mm, screwed at both ends, including necessary fittings and jointing at appropriate length, including necessary arc welding complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MS 300 mm dia, 8 mm thick, well cap, having internal and external threading, with rings, ribs and welded iron handle suitable for casing pipe, complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing housing clamp 90 cm long, 20cm wide, made out of 20mm thick MS plate for 300mm dia MS casing pipe with 04 Nos 25mm dia bolts alongwith nuts and with twin washers, at ground level, embedded in PCC block 1mx1mx0.6m (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and packing pea gravel of size 2 mm to 5 mm around casing pipe and slotted pipes in the bore, complete all as specified and directed.

Development of tube well bore by compressor of minimum capacity of 500 Cft/Per minute and 150-200 PSIG or appropriate capacity as required on ground till the clear water is obtained, complete all as specified and directed.

Yield Testing of tube well bore with heavy duty pump of appropriate capacity but not less than 150 Cum per hour upto 24 hours so as to determine safe pumping yield, complete all as specified and directed.

Testing of water for chemical analysis as well as bacteriological potability from any Govt Laboratory and submitting the report to the department, complete all as specified and directed.

Fabrication and supply of strata sample box, made out of 20mm thick veneered particle board and partition with 12 mm thick ply wood, with 25mm x 25mm x 2mm thick aluminium angle bearer, overall length 1200mm x 750mm with 10 partitions of size 150mm x 150mm x 100mm deep with front glass sheet sliding type cover with aluminium frame all round, 2 Nos key hole plate of size 40mm x 25mm x 3mm, complete all as specified, Name of tube well, location and strata sample with depth shall be written as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Strata samples and strata chart shall be provided by contractor alongwith the strata sample box without extra cost to the department).
