Control and Monitoring Software and Control Cabling at UPC

Control and Monitoring Software:- Design, manufacturing, Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of SCADA system (Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition System) as per attached Specs to be integrated with PLC for Data Monitoring & Control of all Electrical Parameters/ Pump Paramters of all 7 Nos. Pumps, Motors, LT Panel &HT Panels installed at Pump House. The System shall monitor all required parameter such as Current, Voltage & Power and monitoring of status of Feeders for on/off & Trip Status at Main Control Panel/ Startes& shall monitor Pumps Data ie Winding Temperature, Bearing Temperatures, Vibration etc. on SCADA System. System shall be able to provide necessary alarms and annuciations. The job shall be completed with all required material Labor Expertise etc.. The job shall also include the Control Wiring & Communication wiring requiredfor proper functioning of system. The system Panel shall be completed in all respect and shall consist of following material. (Make: Phoenix Contact/Mitsubishi Electric/ Schneider Electric or Equivalent after approval of Project Engineer.)

Control Cabling :- Supply & Laying of following sizes of 6C 4.0 Sqmm Copper Control Cable PVC sheathed XLPE insulated aluminium conductor/ copper conductor power/multicore control armoured cable of 1.1 KV grade in ground/Readymede Trench including, laying the cable with sand and brick covering, back filling reaming etc as required.
