The frame should be made out of cheer wood, long piece should have 3 seater 5'3" long (excluding arms) and 4" thick P.U. foam of 32 density in seat and 18 nos. spring of size 5"x11 gauge and 50mm thick P.U. foam of 32 density in back. Arms should have 25mm thick P.U. foam and the legs of sofa set should made out 1" x 1" S.S. pipe.
