Construction of Infiltration Well at Kolathur Asoor Panchayat , Kanchipuram Panchayat Union in Kanchipuram District under Mines (75 percentage ) 2026-27

Earth work excavation above water level in light or sandy or clayey soil for manhole wells, Infiltration wells, suction wells etc., including levelling the site and as directed by the TWAD Board officers Vol II 151

Reinforced Cement Concrete using M 30 Grade Design mix with required ordinary portland cement, sand and 20 mm and 10 mm Machine crushed HBG stone including the cost of all materials, labour charges, mixing by using mechanical mixer machine, placing in position, lifting, vibrating by using mechanical vibrator, finishing & curing but excluding the cost of reinforcement and fabricating, centering, shuttering and strutting charges etc., complete and as directed by TWAD Board officers .

Sinking well below water level including all incidental charges using special tools and plants such as air compressor, helmet etc., complete and including baling out water etc complete and as directed by TWAD Board Offiocers.Vol II152 1st depth of 2.00m

Porous concrete in CC 1:4 ( One cement and four 20mm HBG Stone) for steining of Infiltration well excluding cost of centering bu including curing etc complete and as directed by TWAD Board Offiocers.

Brick work in CM 1:5 ( One cement five sand ) using country bricks of size 83/4"x41/4"x2" for steining of 45cm thick for infiltratin well including curing etc complete and as directed by TWAD Board Offiocers.

Centering for sides and soffits of R.C.C slab & members including shuttering, strutting to the centering and providing supports etc. complete for the following members using MS sheets of size 90 cm x 60 cm and BG 10 G stiffened with welded MS angle of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 3 mm laid over silver oak (country wood) joists of size 10 cm x 6.5 cm (spaced at about 90 cm c/c) and casurina props of 10 cm to 13 cm dia (spaced at 75 cm c/c) for various heights etc., complete.(The centering should be removed after the specified striping time of the concrete as per IS 456/1978 etc., complete and as directed by TWAD Board officers.
