Repair To Bed Ply Top, [FD-246/247]

(a) Supply & fixing head board (legs and horizontal & vertical rails shall be made out of Ist class hard wood Shisham and vertical members of the frame shall be made out of Ist class Deodar wood), frame covered with 4 mm thick ply wood one side teak face and edges covered with teak wood beading, exposed wooden surfaces duly polished including dismantling of existing unserviceable head board all as shown on drawing, complete all specified and directed.

(b) All as per serial item No 1(a) herein before but foot board –ditto-

(c). Supply & fixing long rail made out of Ist class hard wood (shisham) duly polished including dismantling of existing unserviceable long rail, all as shown on drawing complete all specified and directed.

(d) Supply & fixing short rails made out of Ist class hard wood (shisham) duly polished including dismantling of existing unserviceable short rail, rest all as shown on drawing complete all specified and directed.

(e) All as per serial item No 1(d) herein before but stiffner –ditto-

(f) Removing of unserviceable teak face plywood of Head board of bed ply top and supply and fixing new ply made to 4 mm thick teak face plywood commercial of suitable size including 12 mm dia half cut teak wood beading of both side of foot board, complete all as specified, direction and shown on drawing.

(g) Removing of unserviceable teak face plywood of foot board of bed ply top and supply and fixing new ply made to 4 mm thick teak face plywood commercial of suitable size including 12 mm dia half cut teak wood beading of both side of foot board, complete all as specified, direction and shown on drawing.

(h) Removing of unserviceable flat iron of bed ply top and supply and fixing new flat iron of size 35 x 5 x 140 mm long, bents to right angle on each corners of bed, complete all as specified, direction and shown on drawing. (Each flat iron support shall be measured as one unit).

(j) Supply & fixing 12mm thick plywood on top of bed ply wood, of size 1980mm x 910mm commercial to be fixed with appropriate size of screws including dismantling of existing unserviceable top, all as shown on drawing complete all specified and directed.

Repair To Table Dressing Gents, [FD-230]

(a) Dismantling / taking out carefully existing broken top/ bottom of table dressing gents of any description in any position and supply & fixing new top of table made out of 18mm thick pre-laminated MDF board both teak face laminated including grade exterior, grade I including 6MM thick teak wood beading made to shape fixed in position all as shown on drawing, complete all specified and directed.

(b) All as per serial tem No 2(a) here-in before but supply and fixing in replacement sides / middle portion made out of 12mm thick pre-laminated MDF board both teak face laminated, exterior grade including 6mm thick teak wood beading made to shape fixed in position all as shown on drawing, complete all specified and directed.

(c) All as per serial tem No 2(a) here-in before but supply and fixing in replacement back of box made out of 12mm thick 1st class hard wood shisham plank including key plate made to shape fixed in position and applying a coat of french polish after filling of wood filler and cleaning of surface, complete all specified and directed.

(d) All as per serial tem No 2(a) here-in before but supply and fixing in replacement drawer made out of 18mm thick pre-laminated MDF board both teak face laminated, exterior grade with 6mm thick teak wood beading and 12 & 6mm thick plywood including Knob made to shape & size, rest all as shown on drawing, complete all specified and directed.

Make Sleep Well/ Curlon/ Duro Foam as approved for seat and back of sofa set duly covered with long cloth tapestry cloth of worth not less than Rs. 350/- per meter and shade of sample approved by GE complete all specified, directed and all as shown on drawing.

Repair To Trestle Store Room Wooden, [FD- 86 (M)]

(a) Removing old unserviceable members of size 100mm x 100mm and 2440mm long and supply & fixing new one of the same size and length of Sal wood duly finished complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

(b) Removing old unserviceable members of size 60mm x 100mm & 600mm long and supply & fixing new one of same size and length of Sal wood duly finished complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

(c) Removing old unserviceable members of size 60mm x 100mm & 2040mm long and supply & fixing new one of same size and length of Sal wood duly finished complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

(d) Removing old unserviceable legs of size 100mm x 100mm & 405mm long and supply & fixing new one of same size and length of Sal wood duly finished complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

(e) Material and labour for treating trestle store room wooden with one coat of creosote oil on old surfaces and providing three coats to newly provided members after preparing the old and new surfaces respectively complete all as specified and directed.

(a) Removing old unserviceable worn out tapestry cloth from seat and back of chair executive revolving pattern and supply & fixing new tapestry cloth (cost of tapestry cloth shall not be less than Rs 300/- per meter) of existing shape and quality including whereever required PVC lipping all around, complete all as specified and directed.

(b) Removing old unserviceable worn out cushions from seat and back of chair executive revolving of and supply & fixing new PU cushions of 75 mm thick of 40 density of existing size and shape, complete all as specified and directed. Make of Cushion: Sleepwell / Kurlon / Duro form

(c) Removing old unserviceable worn out ply from seat and back of each chair executive revolving of trade pattern and supply & fixing new ply 12mm thick hot press plywood of existing size and shape, complete all as specified and directed.

(d) Removing old unserviceable broken caster wheels from chair revolving and supply & fixing new caster wheels of existing size and shape, complete all as specified and directed.

(e) Removing old unserviceable broken tilting bolts from chair revolving and Supply & fixing new tilting bolts of existing size and shape in best quality, complete all as specified and directed.

(f) Removing old unserviceable handle from chair revolving and supply & fixing new handle including required nut and bolts of existing size and shape in best quality, complete all as specified and directed.

(d) Removing old unserviceable worn out old seat ply from chair wrinting (MAP) and supply & fixing new seat made of 12 mm thick hot press plywood in proper size and shape complete all as shown on drawing, specified and directed.

(e) Removing old unserviceable worn out old back ply from chair wrinting (Map) and supply & fixing new seat made of 12 mm thick hot press plywood in proper size and shape complete all as shown on drawing, specified and directed.

(g) Removing old unserviceable worn out old rubber stoper (shoe) from chair wrinting (Map) and supply & fixing new PVC stopper in white colour in superior quality in proper size and shape complete all as shown on drawing, specified and directed.

(h) M & L for spot welding of broken joint 25mm to 75mm long and and applying a coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of welded suface complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

(i) Steel portion of chair shall be painted with a coats of synthetic enamel paint of black colour over a coat of primer whereever required complete all as specified and directed.

Repair To TV Trolly, [FD/E6/MAP/04] Dismantling / taking out carefully existing broken parts of TV Trolley and supply & fixing new parts fixed in replacement all as shown in drg, all as specified and directed as follows :-

(a) Top shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board exterior grade, grade I with 2mm thick PVC beading alround the edges of existing size and shape.
