Supply and erection of miniature circuit breaker /isolator 240/415V in the existing distribution board including making necessary connections Miniature circuit breaker of 9 KA breaking capacity. 6 amp to 32 amp. (Single pole)

Supply and erection of pipe for wiring purposes including bends inspection boxes etc. where necessary and painting as required Galvanised iron pipe 50mm dia flushed

Earthing with G.I. pipe 4.5 mtr. Long and 40mm dia masonry enclosures on top etc.

Extra for using charcoal and salt for pipe earth electrode as required.

Supply and laying 25mm x 5mm G.I. strip at 0.5 mtr. below ground as strip earth electrode including soldering as required.

M.S. Pedestal of size 750mm wide 1200mm high & 300mm deep and bottom totally open duly embedded in cement concrete block size 900mm x 450 x 200mm above ground level duly plastered with 12mm thick 1:4 cement plastered, having a base of size 1050 x 600 x 50mm below ground level.

Supply, installation, Testing and commissioning of 12.5 mtr. long High Mast of make Bajaj / Philips / G.E./Surya / Crompton/VIPIN TRANSRAIL High Mast Manufactured from B.S.E.N. 10025 or equivalent grade material, in 2 (two) s e c t i o n s hot dip, galvanized inside and out side in single dip, suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875/1987 Part-3 suitable for 12 (Twelve) Nos. Luminaire loading. There shall be only one longitudinal weld persection and nocircum ferential weld. It shall include accessories like lightening arrestor, head frame suspension system with steel lightening arrestor, head frame, suspension system with 3 steel wire rope of 6mm dia double drum winch, galvanized lantern carriage and its control gear, compensating disc, cable etc. The mast shall have an internal type power tool mounted in the base compartment with supply and erection of 6 Nos non integral LED light fitting 150 watt of Crompton model LFLN 150CDLM lamp and its control gear box,and construction of suitable shallow foundation as per standard design of the anufacturer with 1:1½:3 cement concrete for the High Mast onsidering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10T/ sqmtr. and 2 mtr. depth with all material and labour including the cost of one set 8 Nos. of foundation nuts and bolts of 750mm made out of Tor Steel M25 and installation at site with wiring complete in all respect i.e. entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge. Each fitting shall be have independent circuit controlled by individual MCB mounted at the bottom. i.
