Demolition cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for inlcluding PCC of existing roof, PCC tiles with screed bed and removing the demolished material outside MoD land at own arrangments of Contractor.

M & L for 75mm thick Cement Concrete type D2 (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor

M&L for 50mm thick Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate)

Supply and spreading sand under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation

M & L for rubber moulded Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape ,size and colour confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-40 Grade, Make : Hindustan / Universal all as specified and directed Engr-in-Charge.

S&F rubber moulded Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in white cement and pigment cement slurry in floors with screed bed CM 1:6, 15mm thick complete.Make : Hindustan / Universal

M&L for 12mm thick heavy duty parking tiles area of size n.exc 0.16sqm set and laid on 15mm cement mortar screed of 1:4 and pointing in matching pigment mixed cement mortar.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed aggregate as PCC kerb and coping and similar items including form work and finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Forming 12 mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘B’

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, but excluding pre-cast concrete articles, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling Asbestos cement /FRP sheet/GI sheet(corrugated ted, semi corrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings up to height 25M and taking care of earthing strip and refixing all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge

M & L for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm TCT thick of any colour approved by GE having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall/ Corner complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Refixing of CGI corrugated sheets/Ridge/Sides sheets/Gutters with Drill machine and fixed with self taping screws. The contractor shall arrange for climbing upto 16 mtr ht and followed the all safety guidelines as per labour law.

S&F Zinc coated Hexagonal Self taping screw length 65mm with washer fixed to existing hanger roof/wall cladding sheets complete.

M&L for welding in repairs exc. 2.5cm but n exc. 5cm in length, thickness of metal to welded exc 6mm but n exc 9mm compete all as specified as directed by Engineer -in -charge

Dismantling and breaking up Rainwater pipe PVC Pipes of any dia including all fittings any size all as specified & as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down plaster but cement or cement lime plaster, any description

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premise

M&L coloured Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed of 1:6 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L dark shade double charged Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed of 1:6 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10mm thick backing coat of CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 25mm thick Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Pre cast cement concrete kerb stone with sharpe edges and fair faces including setting and filling the joints with cement mortar 1:4 of cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1(20mm graded aggregate) including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. General Notes : (i) Only skilled labour shall only be provided being sensetive and expertise work. (ii) Nothing extra shall be paid on the terms mentioned above & rates are deemed to be included of above norms.
