Taking down ceiling fan of any make any model for repairs of size 48" (1200 mm) sweep complete, dismantling and refixing after cleaning all parts of fan internally and externally and applying greasing, oiling of bushes and bearings including rewinding of ceiling fan with super enameled copper winding wire complete matching with existing/required gauge and specifications after cutting of unserviceable winding whole, unsv split pin, PVC insulated flexible copper cable 2 core 23/.0076 size from ceiling rose to fan including replacement of other worn out parts such as bush, bearing, rubber reel, nuts and bolts,mild steel ‘U’ clamp , capacitor, plastic canopy, fan blade, outer cover, rotor all as specified and directed. Note A:- For item No. 14 to 22 : (i) Worn out parts such as bush, bearing, rubber reel, nuts and bolts,mild steel ‘U’ clamp , capacitor, plastic canopy, fan blade, outer cover, rotor will only be measured and paid separately under respective items of this schedule and all other parts are included in the item rate quoted . (ii) The arrangement of items such as fan hook, flexible wire and GI pipe for testing of ceiling fan for 24 hrs running condition after repair will be responsibility of contractor. Note B: For Item No 14 to 22 : Repair work for rewinding will be carried out within 07 days after intimation to contactor on telephonically followed by in writting. Any delay beyond 07 days shall be compensated through panel recovery @ 200 per day per fan till the date of rectification or repaired fan and deposited in MES store yard .
