Plastering the Brick work 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement, five sand) for all faces of walls (even and uneven) in all floors upto full height of the building including necessary scaffolding, racking of masonry joints, cleaning, curing etc.,complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting the cartoon pictures with providing base coat of one coat of primer and two coat of Synthetic enamel paint and writing letters in english, tamil of specified size and colour including cost of required primer, colour paint, brushes, labour charges, scaffolding charges and line marking etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Removing the colour wash or white wash by steel wire brushing and scrapping including necessary scaffolding, labour,equipments etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers..

Painting the steel surfaces with Two coats of Synthetic enamal paint of approved quality (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint, brushing, interior to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter including all materials, labour, brushes, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Applying One coat of Alkali Resistant Primer and Two coats of APEX - Exterior Emulsion Paint of approved colour and quality over the New wall surface in all floors to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand paperes smooth including all materials, labour, brushes, scaffolding, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.
