Supply and installation of fully automatic organic composter worked on natural process of Go clean or of approved equivalent to convert organic waste into compost. THE COMPOSTER SHALL HAVE CAPACITY of 100 kg per day to convert the organic waste into manure. Following shall be the technical specifications of the machine . i)Composting method-aerobic composting. ii) Power consumption - 6 kw iii)System- Shall have inbuilt shredding withself digesting iv) Volume reduction - 80-90% v) Period of composting process- 24 to 48 hours vi) Digesting mixer/tank process- 2HP fully automatic natural microorganisam based degration vii) The machine shall treat kitchen waste, cooked /uncooked waste vegetables froots vegand garden waste etc. ix)MCb - 4 pole 64 AMP L&T ,or schneider or havells x) Motor and Gear box- CG/ABB motor/Classic gear box. xi) Bearings- ZKL/SKF xii) Shredder- 3 hp shredder inside mavhine xiii) Blade material -Forged xiv) hopper material -MS xv) Feeder mechanisam into shredder- manual. xvi)Compost output- 18 to 2o kg xvii) preheating of inlet air shall be provided in the machine xix) Machine output- Dry organic compost. xx)Mixing process - Forward and reverse cycle for proper churning of waste. xxi) Temperature of digester 60 degc+5 deg C xxii)Size of platform min. 3.00 mx3.00 m xxiii)Size of shed 4.00 mx4.00 m xxiv) connected load- 7 kw xxv) Electric supply - 3 phase,50 hz The rate shall be inclusive of commissionong and installation and shall carry comprehnsive warranty of 1 year. The cost of platform with shed shall be paid for seperately .

Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for composting machine from 2 nd year up to 5 th year . The AMC shall include quarterly visit ,inspection of machine by concerned trained mechanic/engineer having expertise, oiling , greasing and replacement of any damaged part (material shall be provided or paid separetly by the department) where ever required and submitting site visit report etc all complete as per instruction of engineer incharge. The rate shall be inclusive of visit by the technical person wheneever any operational complaints are reported.
