Supplying, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Electrical Driven fire fighting duty pump as per TAC and IS 12469- 1988., Factory assembled in Pump make OEM for Sprinkler / Hydrant applications suitable for automatic operation and consisting of following details given as A, B, C, D, E, F, G and H. (A) End Suction / Horizontal Axially split casing volute type Single / Multi stage Centrifugal pump complete for delivery of below mentioned discharge and Head (B) Material of construction : Pump Casing - Cast Iron, Impellor - Bronze, Shaft - SS 410, Packing - Mechanical Seal (C)Pump shall be capable of furnishing not less than 150 % of rated capacity at a head not less than 65 % of the rated head. The shut off head shall not exceed 120 % of rated head (D) Squirrel cage induction motor (IE- 3 Class) suitable for 3 phase, 415 V, 50 HZ, Ac supply , Class -F Insulation, Synchronous speed 2900 / 1500 RPM, T.E.F.C confirming to IP:55 , of required HP suitable for the above pump , along with flexible (Love Joy type) coupling , coupling guard complete in all respect . ( E) Common bed plate fabricated from mild steel channel for installation of pump and Motor including anti vibration pads. (F) The Hydrostatic tests (2 times of design operating head or 1.5 times the shut off head whichever is higher) and performance tests (to determine developed head, Pump BHP and efficiency v/s Flow) of pumps along with trip test shall be carried out at manufacturer’s works in Physical presence of Department’s representatives. (G) Physical & Chemical Test reports of i) Pump casing (ii) Impeller (iii) Shaft (iv) Shaft sleeve and Dynamic Balance certificate is to be submitted by OEM (H)Suitable size Reinforced cement concrete (M-30) foundation with foundation bolt, Nozing Angle of size 40mm x40mm x5 mm ( Cost of RCC Foundation to be paid Extra ). Providing, Fixing, Jointing, Testing & Commissioning of Heavy duty MS 'C ' class (Heavy) pipes conforming to IS 3589 / 1239 part-I for hydrant and sprinkler applications including cutting, screwing, welding etc. & forged steel fittings like elbows, tees, tapers, reducer, gaskets etc. fixing the pipe on the wall /ceiling with suitable clamps, hanger and nuts bolts including cutting hole and chase in brick or RCC walls/ slab and making good the same. complete with painting of one coats of Red Oxide and two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade complete as required. (Pipe to be tested @ 10Kgf /Sqcm for 2 Hrs.). All as per pre approved by Engineer in-charge. SITC of pressure switches of pressure range 3 to 15 Bar for Main, Jockey, Terrace pump and Diesel pumps, Etc. as Required ( Control Cable from Pressure switch to Panel to be Paid Extra ). SITC of suitable Pressure release valve of 50 mm dia, of CI body, with pressure setting range 7-15 kg/sqcm, on discharge header / Air Vessel, complete in all respect etc. as required. Providing & fixing pressure transducer in M.S. Pipe line (pressure range 0 to 10 kg /cm2) suitable for 12 volts/24 volt DC. Including connection etc. as required. ( Control Cable from Pressure Transducer to Panel to be Paid Extra ). All as per pre approved by Engineer in-charge. Supplying and fixing of 750 mm x 600 mm x 250 mm Outdoor application Fire Hose Cabinet made of 1.6 mm thick MS sheet Duly powder coated in red color externally and white internally with 6 mm thick glazed doors with Expanded Metal 2 mm thick Jali including necessary locking arrangement suitable to accommodate 2 Nos 15 Mtr. Long RRL Hose and 1 No. branch pipe on Existing Wall / Angle Iron Frame as required. (Cost of MS structure for mounting Frame is to be Paid Extra) All as per pre approved by Engineer in- charge.
