Material and labour for annual servicing of Air Conditioner capacity 1.5/ 2.0 ton by disconnecting electrical connection from its stabilizer or its electric board and remove the front cover or indoor AC unit and cleaning it with pressurized water and nylon brush, refixing the front cover of indoorunit. Remove the the outer cover of out door unit and cover the condensing unit with polythene/ plastic cover so that water shall not be entered in the motor while cleaning the unit and filter with pressurized water then apply one coat of descaling solution and clean with wire mesh brush/ nylon brush to the condensing coil of out door unit and greasing of all moving parts. Cleaning of cooling and condenser coil of indoor and out door unit shall be properly carried out without damaging other parts. Checking and making serviceable electrical connection of DBs, stabilizer, wiring of ACs as per site condition and tightening all electrical connection complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Replacement of defective parts with new parts shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.

Taking out/ down of split AC from wall/ stand of any capacity and pumping down gas, cleaning/ washing of choked condensing fins and tubes with water and solvent materials by using mechanical pressure after cleaning, servicing, refixing of unit, leak testing including filling of nitrogen gas for pressure testing, vaccuumizing the gas and bracing of leaked copper pipes, connecting the cables and testing for smooth functioning of unit complete all as per OEM and directed.

Taking down and removing the existing window/ split type AC unit of any size complete including all accessories and closing the existing opening of wall with brick work in cement mortar (1:4) and rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) including applying three coats white wash/ two coats of distempering over a coat of primer to match with surrounding, complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing of window AC/ split type AC including all accessories, making suitable size opening in existing wall suitable for fixing of AC including making good the disturbed surfaces with cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) and applying distemper to match with existing, complete all as specified by OEM and directed.

Supply and filling of, refrigerant gas R-22C in different cooling unit etc, complete all as specified by OEM and directed. Note: Refrigerant gas shall only be supplied in sealed cylider and the empty gas cylinder shall be returned to contractor after use.

Supply and filling of, refrigerant gas R-134A in different cooling unit etc, complete all as specified by OEM and directed. Note: Refrigerant gas shall only be supplied in sealed cylider and the empty gas cylinder shall be returned to contractor after use.

Repair, refixing and testing of voltage stabilizer of capacity 5/4 KVA of any make/ model including rewinding of main transformer with copper wire, replacement of sensing transformer, connector, 30 Amps power relay and 3 core multistranded PVC insulated flexible etc, complete all as specified by OEM and directed.

Repair, refixing and testing of voltage stabilizer of capacity 3/2/1 KVA of any make/ model including rewinding of main transformer with copper wire, replacement of sensing transformer, connector, 30 Amps power relay and 3 core multistranded PVC insulated flexible etc, complete all as specified by OEM and directed.

Comprehensive maintenance of water coolers and refrigerator of various capacity and make and rectification of defects including necessary dismantling, pumping down if required and taking out for repairing and refixing at site, replacing minor defective spare parts as required such as wire terminals, soldering/ crimping required at site for proper fucntioning of the equipment etc., complete all as specified by OEM and directed. Note:- (i) Unit rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of taking down unserviceable parts/ accessories and refixing the same after minor repairs as required, adjustments of settings, cleaning down etc. and replacement with new spare parts as and when required and including plant operations such as back washing, rising of filter and regeneration of resin, rising and blending for smooth and efficient functioning of the plant. (ii) Labour component required for the replacement of unserviceable parts shall be deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate against this item. (iii) The cost of transportation and other necessary equipment cost shall be provided by the contractor in this effect and same shall be deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate against this item.

Material and labour for, disconnecting, replacement, repair of unserviceable body, transportation, refixing, commissioning and testing of refrigerators of capacity 180/ 286 litre from site to local workshop for tinkering of unserviceable body with 22SWG MS sheet by soldering/ welding, spray painting of complete refrigerator with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of existing colour over a coat of red oxide primer, supply and fixing of broken legs, tray, hinges, door beeding & handle and transportation of refrigerators back to AGE E&M store yard and necessary testing & commissioning etc., complete all as specified by OEM and directed.

Material and labour for, disconnecting, replacement, repair of unserviceable body, transportation, refixing, commissioning and testing of water cooler of capacity 40/ 60/ 80/ 120 litre from site to local workshop for tinkering of unserviceable body with 22SWG MS sheet by soldering/ welding, spray painting of complete with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of existing colour over a coat of red oxide primer, supply and fixing of broken legs, tray, hinges, door beeding & handle as per existing and transportation of repaired water cooler back to AGE E&M store yard and necessary testing & commissioning etc., complete all as specified by OEM and directed.

Material and labour for, point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed stranded FRLSH copper conductor cable of size 4.0 Sqmm 1100 volts grade, ISI 694 marked drawn in and including PVC casing and capping (medium heavy duty, ISI marked) not less than 20mm Size with all necessary fittings such as bends, cross, elbow, tees etc. with MS pressed steel sunk terminal box of appropriate size suitably flushed to wall not less than 1.2mm thick with 3mm thick plastic laminated/ ebonite top cover (ISI marked) for mounting socket outlet including 4.0 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed stranded FRLSH copper conductor as continuous earth wire and connected to common earth dolly for one socket outlet 5 pin 15/16 Amps on independent board including making good the disturbed surfaces and taking down old unserviceable point wiring, complete all as specified and directed.
