PROVISION OF SOLAR WATER GEYER AT VARIOUS SMQs, AND CERTAIN MINOR WROKS AT AF STATION BORGAD (PHASE-III)

Provision of soil resistivity testing as per standard engr practice & further recommending the quantity of earth required to achieve the desired results as per user requirement. Contractor will submit report from OEM of earthing and accordingly work will be executed.

Supply, install , testing and commissioning maintence free earthing comprising of high tensile pure copper (99.99%) earth electrode 76 mm dia and 3 mtr long copper pipe , intallation of earthing electrode boring 165mm dia X 4 mtr long with ground enhancing compound ( Make- Earthcon or equvalent ) and back-fill compound ( Make- Terec+ or equvalent ) (not less than 50 Kg ) strictly be a carbon based conductive concreate type which has resistively of less than 0.12 ohm mtr as per clause 14.5 D of IEEE:80 Standard back-fill compound should be electronically conductive (like in metals) and should not depend on moisture for condition.Commissioning, testing & report submission ( result as per requirement of user in hard rock , mountain) etc. Note :-(1). Contractor will executed the work as per soil resistivity reports given by same OEM. However to achieve the result less than 1 Ohm gridding of earth pit should not exceed 4 Nos of earth pits. (2). To achieve results less than 1 ohm contractor will provide gridding of earth pits as per soil resistivity test report ( but not more than 4 earth pit). Artificial treatment of 12.5 Kg earthon compound per 2 meter as per dwawing attached and excutation and chemical required in area of gridding shall be included in rates quoted by contractor. (3) copper strip required for inter connection of gridding of earth pit shall be paid separtely. (4). Total 30 nos of earth pits of above specification to be executed at site. However gridding will be decided as per requirement of earth result and as soil resistivity report. (5) Copper strip of gridding shall be placed under groun level with the depth of 400 to 600 mm with the treatment of earthcon complound and alluvial soil as drawing.(6). removal of grabbles and stone and add some quantity of earth enhancement material in the soil using a black fill compound and make layer of blach siol / garden soil/ alluvial soil, terrace, compound and earthcon compound repeat tye same procedure around the 76 mm electrode pipe as per drawing. (7).Compound shall be suplied in sealed bags. The earth electrode should finally be housed in heavy duty chamber with cover of suitable size as per OEM recommendation . Ground Enhancing compound and Back-fill compound should be enviroment freindly, , ionic property to create ions for easy conduction , the compound should expand so much to remove entrapped air ( bad conductor electricity ) and to creat strong conduction between electrode and soil , the compound should have a property to assist in absorbing humidity from the neightboringsoil to keep the earth pit moisture . The product should be tested and certified at CPRI for long term stability of earth pits. (8) Testing on completion & achiving resistance less than desire result & submitting report to Engineer-in Charge duly signed by user after seccessfull completion of earthing whytime after euevution up to end of defect liabuility perioed. M&L for test point terminal block insulated from wall or external surface made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze of size 75x75x25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hex head screws complete fixed on ebonite sheet 6mm thick fitted on MS flat 50x5mm bent to shape etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix copper strip 32X6 mm for gridding of earthing pits incl necessary connection of suitable size of nut , bolts and washers.

Supply, install, testing & commissioning hi wall split unit indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and inverter type Inverter type air conditioner electric driven, single phase of capacity 2 TR, as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.Make Voltas, LLoyd, Blustar

Core cutting for making holes for inter connection of outdoor to indoor unit from stone/ brick masonry complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing copper tubing with insulation for extension of connection from outdoor to indoor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Supply and install voltage stablizer for automatic operation SP 50 HZ 220 V voltage varition between 170 to 280V. 0f capacity 5 KVA.

Supplying and fix in repair sheet metal enclousers with socket, plug top and MCBs, single pole and neutral enclouser with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB , single pole, 240 V of capacity 20 amps , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L wiring for circuit/ sub main wiring 2x4.0 Sqmm+1x4 Sqmm earth wire of PVC (FRLS) insulated copper conductor, single core, 1100 v grade cable in PVC conduit/cassing Capping as required in steel condute complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-charge

Supply anf fixing louver for 300 mm exhaust fan , made of GI sheet of suitable thickness, duly fixed on out side of the wall of existing building (G+3) with nuts, bolts and washers and making good the disturbed surface of the wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engr -in -Charge.

Disconnectiing of all electrical connections of the existing ceiling fan and taking down ceiling fan (any type/ sweep) from the ceiling and removing the existing down rod of the ceiling fan and depositing to MES store yard .

M & L for Anti sucide down rod made out of GI of length 10" (ten inch) capable to bear weight upto 20 KG and open from centre in case of weight more than 20 Kg by spring in pipe will be expand complete including making all electrical connection of the fan and hanging of fan ceiling on its original position. Make-Gold life smart fan rod, or as equivalent complete all as specified and as directed by Engr -in -Charge.

Supply,Install, Testing and commissioning of ''Solar Hot Water System'' (Evacuated tube collector) based on direct transfer of heat with electric back up of following capacity 200 LPD (Make Racold, V- Guard, Supreme)
