Dismantling of ACSR or AAC conductor from LT service feeder or distribution line complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old/unserviceable damaged existing steel/concrete poles of any size/length from existing position including necessary excavation and demolition of PCC foundation and removing the same from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling cross arms of MS channels or angle sections etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling insulators any type any sizes complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable under ground cable of any sizes including bricks from excavated trenches/pipes for reuse after placing jointing kit all as specified and directed. (Note;- Earth work, segregating cable cover/brick measured separately)

Supply, erecting and fixing in proper position steel tabular electric pole swaged type 410 SP-31 (9 meter long) complete with CI base plate, final taper plug bolts nuts screw and pole cap and including two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparing the surface complete all as specified and directed.

Relaying of serviceable cable after detecting the fault and making straigth through jointing kit of LT 440 volt under ground system of LT feeder/location of size 6 Sqmm 2 core to 16 Sqmm 2core complete complete all as specified and directed.

Relaying of serviceable cable after detecting the fault and making straigth through jointing kit of LT 440 volt under ground system of LT feeder/location of size 25 Sqmm 3.5 core to 70 Sqmm 3.5core complete complete all as specified and directed.

Relaying of serviceable cable after detecting the fault and making straigth through jointing kit of LT 440 volt under ground system of LT feeder/location of size 95 Sqmm 3.5 core complete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F digital Ammeter in replacement for measuring alternating current of range 0- 200 A flush type 96x96MM size, ACC CL 1.5, Model SMI-96 complete all as specified and directed. (Make AE/Schneider/ABB)

S&F digital Voltmeter in replacement for measuring alternating current voltage of range : Range 0-500 V flush type 96x96MM size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation for old rusted steel surface of feeder pillar box/LT panel of any size, applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint as per the existing pattern above the PCC and black paint on legs of feeder pillar/LT panel and re-writing panel number or location and cutting vegetation growth all around and on the feeder pillar box/panel board upto 1 mtr radius complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete of advance encapsulated compound based CPRI tested maintenance free, pipe-in-pipe technology upgrated (Zinic & alloy coated) Zinic coated (80-100) microns with pure (99.9%) & alloy coating (200-250) microns earthing system confirming IS-3034 the outer and inner pipe should be 76.2mm & 41.9mm dia 3 mtr length zinic coated with additional special alloy coating 300mm on the topside for additional protection of the terminal the annular space between the pipes being filledup with compact fill(CF) (Crystalline conductive compound) the compact fill (CF) mixture which is machine pressed in the pipes should not disintgrate or collapse when outer pipe corrods, the inner pipe should be extended with terminals for connectivity. The job includes digging the pits and refilling the same by electrode/conductolite back fill compound (Ground enhancer)the BFC should be eco friendly it should not contain environmentally hazard materials. The earth pit should be provided with a FRP earth pitcover for protection and safe guard of terminals. In area where soil condition is bad good earth is to be arranged to fill the excavated pits by mixing the same with BFC 4 bags (as per soil condition) extra perpit/unit. As earth electrode is the main component of the earthing system which is indirect contact with the ground and thus provides ameans of releasing or collecting earth leakage current. The materials should have a good electrical conductivity & anti corrosion properrty in wide range of soil condition complete and testing on completion including dismantlingh unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and directed. (Make ASHLOK Model ASEELor equivalent Note:- Earth result should be obtain minimum 1 Ohm.

Material and labour for surface dressing averaging 15cm depth in soft/loose soil for cleaning and cutting /removal of green vegetation in and around the installations and removla of the soil outside of the installation including spreading thin layer of anti vegetation chemical to prevent abnormal growth of grass/bushes complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting and trimming of tree branches of any grith all around the LT over head lines upto 2 mtr from all around the over head lines complete and removing the cut branches from the site to a distances not exc 50 mtr all as sprcified and directed.

M&L for MS steel work (structure) as in cross arms breacing of MS channel or angle sections of required size and shape including clamps, D clamps, eye hooks, back plate with bolts, nuts and washers, drilling holes for bolts, insulator etc and welding to make rail to rest the cables in the existing ducts including priming coat and two coat of aluminum paint complete, all as specified & directed at site.

Supply and fixing LT line polyproplene composite phase separators (bolted Type) at suitable spans conforming to IS 1445 all as directed and specified :-

M&L for painting of LT Steel tubular pole (9 mtr long) any type or size externally above foundation including all MS work with one coats of aluminium paint after scrapping / clearing well the existing surface all as directed and as specefied (The above work includes painting of 3 Nos black & 02 nos yellow bands width 30 Cm by fluorescent paint in alternate layers upto 1.5 mtr height above foundation / plinth block)

M & L for painting of 9 m PCC pole with cement wash two coat by using the cement and two coat of aluminium paint over cross arms, clamp of any length and shape for LT overhead line including preparation of the existing surface including marking pole numbers in a 15 cm dia yellow circle & marking three black & two yellow bends width 30 cm by fluorescent paint, from bottom of pole to 1.5 Mtr height, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairs to main electrical panel at sub stations by tightning the all loose connections of the cable ends & replacing the damaged/US/burnt aluminium lugs of required sizes, insulating/secure the weak insulated portin of cable ends inside the panel by taping with good quality of insulation tape, clean the dust by air blower all as specified and as directed.

M&L for attending, repair and rectification of external Elect supply complaint of overhead / under ground system alongwith necessary T&P, safety devices as per site requirement for the following type of complaints :-

Labour only for repair / replacement of jumpers on pole and taking out defective portion and making connection by providing suitable size conductor all as specified and directed.

Labour only for disconnecting from over head conductor, cutting worn out portion of LT under ground cables of any size and capacity, repair including taking out cable from under ground loop and rejoin the same to restore electric supply all as specified & directed.

Ditto all as per item 47.02 above but from LTswitch gear / main switch of any type and capacity including providing suitable size of aluminium lugs complete all as specified & directed.

Labour only for replacement of worn out insulators of any type and size for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified & directed. (Note:- Insulator will be measured & paid separately under respective items of Sch 'A' /BoQ)

M&L for stringing, ACSR conductor of required size for O/H lines, on LT poles, including binding wire, including taking down old ACSR Conductor complete all as specified & directed

M&L for stringing, galvanized steel wire 4mm dia for earth conductor, on LT/HT poles including binding wire and fabrication of cradles, Hexagonal/rectangular including taking down old GI Wire complete all as specified and directed.

Restringing of each OH conductor to permissible sag rebinding to insulators with new wire where cut point jumpers to be higher size of the OH conductor all as per specified and directed..

Ditto all as per Item No 50.00 here-in-before but for GI steel earth conductor all as per specified and directed.

Taking down the existing U/S pin insulator and Supply and fixing pin insulator, porcelain, Vitreous, with galvanized MS spindle, two steel washers and nuts of size and working pressure 100MM height x 65 MM dia, 1100 volts all as per specified and directed.

Taking down the existing U/S shackle type insulator and Supply and fixing in replacement of shackle insulator, porcelain, Vitreous, working upto 1100 Volts of size 100x115mm, with insulator bolt, nut and washer all as specified and directed.

M&L for horizontal boring under the road below 1 mtr from the road surface and dia of hole not exc 100 mm without damaging the existing road getting out and disposal of soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m from the site of work all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair of GI Pipe 50 mm light grade including fittings to poles/laid under road for protection of under ground cable including making good in disturb surfaces and sound coundition complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair of GI Pipe 80 mm light grade including fittings to poles/laid under road for protection of under ground cable including making good in disturb surfaces and sound coundition complete all as specified and as directed.
