Material and labour Plain Cement Concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour precast cement concrete block masonry with PCC solid blocks in 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates, exc. 10cm in width and set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 100mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor complete all as specified.

Cutting holes exc. half brick but not exc one brick in stone walls built in CM or in cement lime mortar for inserting holdfasts & making good dismantled portion in CM(1:3) or PCC(1:2:4) Type B-1 complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick/concrete surface in CM (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 over backing coat of 10 mm thick in C M 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MS steel work in tubular /post/trusses/purlin including special shaped washers base and bed plate cleat nut and bolt etc., complete using but welded tubes confirming to IS 1161- 1979 graded St 240 complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for Plates (Plain or Chequered) channels, square or notched (Ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment of Fe 290 (Gde E-165) completely all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MS Flat iron wind ties for roof including securing bolts, cutting tops at shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater pipe, ventilating pipes including bolts, if required hooks (stays), heavy, for large gates, hook and spindle hinges, large hasp and staples, chains, handmade sliding bolts, clamps, hold fast, wall ties, hooks for hanging fans, plain angle cleats, for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters, knee piece inserts, two way and three way straps, plates washers and similar articles confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fix pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix of Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix of 4.00mm thick Polycarbonate sheet Opaque finish plain colour as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

Material and labour for preparing new steel/iron surfaces of any description exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for two coat of weather proof exterior acrylic emulsion paint with anti fungal property over a coat of primer and a coat of external wall putty on newly plastered wall surfaces including preparation of surfaces etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for chequerred cement concrete tiles 300x 300mm x 25mm thick size set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry incl 20mm thick in CM 1:4 bedding layer of mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Lobour for 110mm PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix PVC (SWR) bends any radius 110mm bore complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix aluminium composite panel sheet of 3 to 4mm thick as in wall cladding and false ceiling, fixed on aluminum frame work with plastic strips (double sided sticker) of suitable size of varying thickness of 10mm to 30mm, applying adhesive over aluminium sections for fixing composite panel and fixed with screws. The joints of panels shall be filled with weather proof sealant. The board shall be stuck with a layer of any colour high-density reflective grade polymer sticker installed using epoxy adhesive complete all as specified and as directed. Note : aluminium frame work shall be included with aluminium composite panel sheet as per manufactures instruction
