Schedule 'A' Section - I

Dismantling complete solar water heating system of capacity 2000 LPD including hot & cold water pipes and hot water tank complete. Checking thoroughly for repair ,taking out the solar energy collector panel of solar water heating system row carefully and setting aside for re-use after repairs.Removing the glass covers carefully and setting aside at safe place for re-use and carry out following repair works- (a) Dismantling the solar panel descaling of hot water pipes by using appropriate chemicals, cleaning and washing all copper tube throughly cleaning the complete panel, making the tubes scale free, and re-assembling the panel. (b) Brazing the leaking broken copper tubes & fins with copper alloy brazing rod to make the panel water tight (c) Cleaning hot and cold water tanks. (d) replacement of worn out missing nuts bolts, washers, union sockets, flanges and screws etc .After sucessfully repair of the complete system re-fixing back in existing position and testing complete all as specified and directed. (Note:-All other materials shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.)

Supply and fixing in repairs Solar collector flat plate,cu-cu ,absorber area 2 sq.mtr,glazing-4mm with toughened glass solar energy collector panel complete of capacity 100 ltrs per day complete all as specified and directed by Eng- in -charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs solar energy collector panel glass (Collector toughened Glass) complete of capacity 100 ltrs per day complete all as specified and directed by Eng- in -charge.

Supply and fixing In repairs solar panel gasket made out of fine rubber to make system air tight, dust, and water proof complete all as specified and directed by Eng- in -charge.

S & F In repairs electric backup system with thermostat of 3kw capacity complete including suitable size fixing accessories i.e. suiatble dia socket and control MCB with enclosure of suitable size etc complete all as specified and directed by Eng- in -charge.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of cable LT XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core confirming to IS specification including taking out existing unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fixing in repairs compressed glass wool 50 mm thick between solar energy collector panel copper tubes frame and aluminium body of panel including securing it on panel by means of necessary adhesives all as directed all as specified and directed by Eng- in -charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs aluminium sheet cover 1mm thick to protect glass wool on solar energy collector panel, fixing with frame of solar panel by means of screws all as directed and recommended by manufacturer.

Supply and fixing in repairs hot water tank of capacity 200 ltrs,SS-304, including provision for inlet and out let of hot water, pressure release system.Hot water tank shall be made of 5 mm thick MS sheet duly insulated with glass wool / rock wool / Puf, aluminium / stainless steel cladding all around the tank and heat exchanger compartment etc complete.

Supply and fixing in repairs hot water tank of capacity 1000 ltrs, SS 304, including provision for inlet and out let of hot water, pressure release system.Hot water tank shall be made of 5 mm thick MS sheet duly insulated with glass wool / rock wool / Puf, aluminium / stainless steel cladding all around the tank and heat exchanger compartment etc complete.

Supply and fixing in repairs steel water tubing 20 mm bore medium grade galvanised with all fittings for transportation of hot water from hot water tank to supply point duly insulated and insulation secured with tape and covered with aluminum sheet 1 mm thick all as recommended by the manufacture.

Supply and fill anti freezing chemical through heat exchanger tank of solar water heating sysytem. Making the whole system water tight and testing on completion.

Supply & Fixing Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed for 15 mm bore pipes.

All as per item no - 16.00 above but 20 mm bore pipes.

All as per srl item No 46.00 here-in-before, but capacity 40 to 62.5 KVA DG Set.

Dismantling and taking down unserviceable fuel injector pump transporting to work shop for the following repairs DG sets transporting back to site re-fixing and testing after completion, complete, all as specified and directed.

Calibration and complete repair of fuel injector pump of DG set 125 KVA to 437.5 KVA (Pressure type) on work bench pressure supply of fuel as per standard procedure. Note:- Any spares require for repair as deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rates.

Description all as srl. item no. 49.00 here-in-before but for 40 KVA to 62.5 KVA DG set.

Dismantling and taking down unserviceable fuel injector with nozzle transporting to work shop for the following repairs transporting back to site re-fixing and testing after completion, complete, all as specified and directed.

Overhauling and testing of injector nozzle on test bench for fine mist spray including replacement unserviceable parts for DG set of capacity 125 KVA to 437.5 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as sr. item no. 52.00 here-in here-in-before but for 40 KVA to 62.5 KVA DG set.

Taking down turbo charger carefully dismantling and replacement of complete turbo charge kit and re-fixing to its original position complete all as specified and directed for 40 KVA to 200 KVA DG set.

Taking down radiator complete from its mounting, dislodging top and bottom tank, cleaning complete tube by descaling solution and finally re-installing in original position, complete, all as specified and directed for 40 KVA to 200 KVA.

Preparation and Painting of complete DG set including frame by two coats of enamelled paint as per colour code by spray painting and marking etc complete, all as specified and directed for 125 to 437.5KVA.

Description all as srl. item no. 60.00 here-in-before but for 40 KVA to 62.5 KVA DG set.

Dismantling, rewinding of field coils of alternator with super enamelled wire including varnishing and heating including reassembling and testing for capacity of DG Set 125 KVA to 437.5 KVA, complete, all as specified and directed.

Description all as srl. item no. 62.00 here-in-before, but for 40 KVA to 62.5 KVA DG set.

Dismantling and taking down unserviceable self starter transporting to work shop for the following repairs and transporting back to site after complete repairs re-installation at site and testing after completion, complete, all as specified and directed.

Repair to self starter including rewinding the coil winding, bearing pinion bush solenoid switch carbon brush and holder including transporting back to site, re-installing and testing complete all as specified and directed of 125 KVA to 437.5 KVA capacity DG Set. Note:- Any minor item required for complete repair and making the self starter functional in addition to rewinding is deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Description all as Srl. item No. 65.00 here-in-before, but for 40 KVA to 62.5 KVA DG set.

Dismantling and taking out old and unserviceable dynamo/alternator, transporting to workshop for the following repairs and transporting back to site after complete repairs, reinstalling at site and testing after completion, complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to Dynamo/alternator of DG Set of capacity 125 KVA to 437.5 KVA DG set including rewinding of coil, replacement of GM Bush, housing plate, cutout plate and transporting back to site, re-installation connecting and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Any minor item required for complete repair is deemed to be inclusive in quoted rates.

Description all as Srl. item No. 68.00 here-in-before, but for 40 KVA to 62.5 KVA DG set.

Supply and fixing in replacement 12 V self starter for 125 KVA to 437.5 KVA DG set.

Supply and fixing in replacement 12 V self starter for 40 KVA to 62.5 KVA DG set.

Repair to battery 12 volts, 180 AH by dismantling and taking out old unserviceable battery plate positive/negative and replacing with new heavy duty plates, charging , installation and testing, complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of engine oil including cleaning of engine oil chamber and replacement of gasket etc, complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of fuel pipe complete with brass nuts etc complete for DG Set of any capacity any make as per site requirement, complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of temperature meter complete for DG Set of any capacity any make, complete, all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unsv and S&F LED street light 35/45 watt, 230V complete with all accessories and including connecting up to ceiling rose with 0.5 sqmm three core copper flexible conductor cable, One GI medium grade 20mm dia bracket of total length 50 cm and fixed to wall with 2 Nos MS Clamp and fastener incl dismentling taking down unsv fitting any type all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unsv and S&F LED street light 90 watt, 230V complete with all accessories and including connecting up to ceiling rose with 0.5 sqmm three core copper flexible conductor cable, One GI medium grade 20mm dia bracket of total length 50 cm and fixed to wall with 2 Nos MS Clamp and fastener incl dismentling taking down unsv fitting any type all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of sheet metal enclosure Time switch astro type 110 - 240 VAC single Phase - 4W 3 Channel, Base/DIN, 240 volt 16 amp rating with contactor 2 pole 240 Volts 63 Amp - 01 No, MCB SP , 240 volts 0.5 Amp 01 No and MCB DP, 240volts 10 Amp 01 No fixed in cpri approved sheet metal enclosure 2 mm thick of size 40x40x10 cm duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and fixing arrangements by means of 25 mm x 3 mm MS flat clamps, nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down old unserviceable LED street light fitting of any size/capacity from exsting location i.e from LT pole/Bldg /Store etc and opening up and removing old unserviceable LED Driver /Surge protection device and fixing new driver /SPD and replaceing connection if required to making the street light is serviceable connection and re- fixing the same on existing location (Note:-LED Driver/SPD will be measured and paid seprately)

(ii) Gas charging shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this schedule. (iii) Company test certificate and warranty certificate shall be submitted to dept.

M&L for refrigerant gas charging for Deep freezer with R-134A gas after proper cleaning of pipe lines with carbon tetra chloride and flushing with Nitrogen, complete leakage test, including replacement of liquid line filter, capillary tube, required soldering/brazing/gas welding to attaing proper cooling level to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge and User unit for 200/310L deep freezer Unit.

M&L for refrigerant gas charging for Refrigerator with R-134A gas after proper cleaning of pipe lines with carbon tetra chloride and flushing with Nitrogen, complete leakage test, including replacement of liquide line filter, capillary tube, required soldering/brazing/gas welding to attaing proper cooling level to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge and User unit for 190 L to 321 L Refrigerator Unit.

Servicing of window/ split type ACs 1.5/2.0 TR capacity any make including cleaning the condensing and evaporative coil with the help of descaling solution & water, greasing and oiling the blower motor and refixing the same in position after servicing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and charging of R-22/ R-134a as per existing refrigerant in window/ split type AC 1.5/2.0 TR capacity including cleaning the gas system with anticorrosive solution and charging the refrigerant with anti most substances, strainer and rectification of leakage and replacement of filter and copper capillary complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of old unserviceable sealed compressor of 1.5/2.0 TR capacity window type AC and S&F new sealed compressor including soldering of copper pipe, cleaning the refrigerant system, rectification of leakage, charging of refrigerant, rubber pads for foundation, nut & bolts etc and Testing the compressor all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No.108.00 above but suitable for 1.5/2.0 TR capacity split type AC complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Painting of bottom tray of window type AC of any capacity with black Japan anti Corrosive paint inside and outside complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Writing MES No/SM No/Make/Srl Nos on window type ACs/Water Coolers/refrigerators/ Deep freezers with white synthetic enamel paint, size of the letter shall be of 2inches in height complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and install Hi wall split units of capacity 1.5 Ton, 5 star rating, indoor/ outdoor complete convertible Inverter AC with Hot and Cold function, copper condenser, cordless remote control unit and with inbuilt air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality complete fixed in replacement of old unsv incl taking down unsv window/split AC from site and depositing it to MES store all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and install Hi wall split units of capacity 2 Ton, 3 star rating, indoor/ outdoor complete convertible Inverter AC with Hot and Cold function, copper condenser, cordless remote control unit and with inbuilt air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality complete fixed in replacement of old unsv incl taking down unsv window/split AC from site and depositing it to MES store all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F Refrigerator of capacity 180 Ltrs, 5 star rating, Direct-cool energy efficient inverter compressor, single door refrigerator, toughened glass shelf complete fixed in replacement of old unsv incl taking down unsv refrigerator from site and depositing it to MES store all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
