INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS

Material and labour for concealed and independent point wiring including phase, earth and neutral FRLSH wire as per color coding complete with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross section area) FRLSH PVC insulated multi stranded cooper conductor in and including heavy duly stove enameled steel conduit pipe of suitable size (not less than 25 mm dia) (ISI marked) including fittings (and bends, reducers, spacers, saddles, junction boxes) & accessories including MS concealed terminal boxes suitable for fitting of switch flame proof rotary type including 1.5 Sqmm FRLSH PVC copper conductor multi-stranded as earth wire connected to the common earth dolly as specified for three light points controlled by one switch (flame proof point wiring) as per IS 732: 1989 completed all as specified.

Supply and fixing CMRI certified LED flame proof 2 x 16/20W recommended for Gas/ Vapor Group of IIA & IIB and Zone 1 & 2, IP-65 protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing sheet metal enclosures single phase double door flame proof, flush to wall fitted with bus bar 200 Amp and netural link for MCB (without MCB's) 8 way SPN complete all as specified and directed. Note : DB should be suitable for IP-65 protection flame proof incluidng provision for REVERSIBLE DOOR.

Supply and fixing MCB, single pole 240 volts, flame proof, capacity 6 - 32 Amps, C series 50 Hz, 10 KA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCB, SPN 240 volts, flame proof, capacity 32 Amps, C series 50 Hz, 10 KA complete all as specified and directed. Note:- For item No. 3.01 & 3.05 1. No wiring should remain outside and properly concealed being ammunition Dept. 2. All the light installed by the contractor should be approved from CMRI, Dhanbad.

RAIN WATER HARVESTING WORKS

Material and labour for 200 mm dia boring holes in normal available strata of 15 m depth complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for perforated/slotted PVC pipe 150 mm dia class 'A' including all necessary fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for pea gravel packing including jute as filter media 4mm to 6mm size around PVC pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for filling pea gravel in RWH of size 6mm to 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for filling pea gravel in RWH of size 2mm to 4mm complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY WORKS

Supply and fixing cable joint kit for LT 1.1 KV grade cable for end terminal joint complete with jointing material cold shrink type and accessories suitable for 3.5/4 Core XLPE armoured, aluminium conductor cable for size 25 to 50 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed with layers of charcoal dust and common salt, earth electrode GI strip 32 x 6mm connected to GI earth plate electrode by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and thimbles and other end of earth strip connected to test point and protected by galvanized iron light grade 40mm bore and GI pipe 20mm bore medium grade with funnel and wire mesh for watering including necessary excavation and earth works. PCC chamber in cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using graded stone aggregate and RCC cover in M-25 (Design mix) and all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of MES Schedule (Part-I) of 2009 complete all as specified and directed. (Qty:- External Electrification- 06 Nos and Lightening Protection-18 Nos) Notes : (i) Water pipe shall be provided in slanting position. (ii) On testing after completion of the job if the desired earth resistance is not obtained then the contractor shall redo the earthing without incurring any extra cost to the government. No claim whatsover shall be admissible to the contractor on this account.

Supply & fixing RCC LT cable route indicator of size 75x40x10cm duly marked with LT cable made of cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 as in foundation of electric poles/struts etc including necessary form work, fair finished embedded in PCC bed incl necessary excavation and re-filling complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS

Material and labour for construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 600 x 600 x 600mm (internal dimension) with mild steel sheet cover 6mm thick and frame of angle iron of size 40mm x 40mm x 6mm duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including excavation and earth work,150mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 as in foundation, brick work in cement mortar (1:6), locking arrangement, and all inner size of pit shall be plastered 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) and coping in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 over brick wall complete all as shown in Drg No CEJZ/TD-1060/08 Sh 1/3 to 3/3 and directed.

Material and labour for cutting and jointing the existing GI pipe line 80mm dia for making branch connection of GI pipe of suitable dia and making thread for suitable insertion of tee of size 80 x 80 x 80mm complete all as specified and directed.
