M&L for maintenance of DG Set 250 KVA DG set and carrying out 'B' check and replacement/ servicing of 'B' check kit filters such as oil filter, by pass filter, fuel filter, CR element and CR plates complete with 'O' rings and draining of Engine oil and topping up with the new engine oil complete testing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge for the following capacity DG Sets : - Note : (i) Necessary tool for replacement of spares for 'B' check shall be deemed to be inclusive in the rate quoted by the contractor. Labour only for attending the breakdown/ nonfunctioning of any capacity/make DG sets, AMF panels by deploying one Number Technician & helper for checking all components and rectify the fault and give report to concerned JE complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) Spare parts for rectify the fault will be measured and paid separately. (ii) The contractor shall also provide DG Set technician on Sunday & holiday if required or asked by JE E/M/Engineer-in-charge. (iii) If contractor failed to provide their DG Set technician or absent to attend the complaints / minor complaint within 24 Hrs, then the recovery will be effected at Rs 1000.00 per day per complaints.

M&L for dismantling/opening of Retrofit emmission control device (RECD) exhaust assembly of the DG set with following work to be carried out by contractor without any extra cost. (a) Opening of RECD DPF (Diesel Particulate filetr) (b) Opening of RECD Cladding and refitting the same in original position after complete the work. (c) Cleaning of DPF filter/chamber and exhaust assembly by only CPCB approved device company mechanic ie Chakara Inn.,Platino and Green or any equivlent. (d) Check the back pressure of RECD after cleaning as per CPCB guidlines. (e) Closing the DPF and refixing the same in its original position. (f) Periodic check of Sensors (Temprature and Back pressure sensors). (g) Checking of Control panels and replace any faulty Relay/MCB etc and update the version etc. (h) Cleaning of DPF filter in every six month, like that first is after acceptance of tender with in first week and second is after six month.

M&L for lifting the Gen Set of capacity 62.5 to100KVA after disconnection complete from cables, shifting to other place whereever directed by engr-in-charge and making PCC foundation of size suitable to existing DG set with 1:2:4 including smooth finishing, shifting of DG set on new foundation with all necessary arrangement of cable connections, testing and commissioning complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : All items, manpower including crane for lifting up and placing again on new foundation is included in quoted rates.

Taking down of existing canopy of DG set 62.5 KVA and S&F new Acoustic enclosure (Canopy) of 62.5 KVA DG set fabricated with 2mm thick CRCA sheet as per existing size of DG set . The noise level shall be 75 dBA or better at a 1 meter from the canopy surface confirming to environmental (Protection) rules issued by CPCB, Govt of india.The following Feature of the Product is as under complete all as specified. (i) Rust/Corresion free. (ii) Proper design as per existing (iii) Noise control as per CPCB (iv) Proper Air intake and Exhaust system (v) Provide Stailess steel heavy duty locks and Hinges with 04 Nos Door. Periodical Maint with material and servicing of the Car washing plant installed at MT yard GE NAMS for checking the serviceability of the plant, oiling,testing of the motor and belt, connecting the wires and control, replacement of belts, brass nozzles with clamp, pressure guage, water hose pipe etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge Note: water Hose pipe measured and Paid separetly.and balance all work rate shall be including quoted rate.

Periodical Maint with material and servicing of the chain saw hexa machine (Gasoline Machine) for checking the serviceability of the Machine, oiling,testing of the carborator, plug and chain, connecting items and control, replacement of chain with new chain, Carborator and plug as per existing size complete filling T-2 Oil as per capacity provide in working condition of machine by without any extra cost complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge Note: Chain saw blade,Carborator, Plug, T-2 oil and all work rate shall be including quoted rate..

Material and labour for replacement of DG Set mounted trolley for DG Set of size 2.5 x 2.0 Mtr made out of mild steel angle/ chanels medium weight beams & MS flates withj necessary welding in any postion driliing in hot/cold etc for longitude and cross members of trolly made out of ISMC chanel 100 and top of the members coverd with 6 mm thick MS plate plateform and vertical support over the plateform with MS equal angle of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm thick angles with MS flate 50 x 5 mm thick for two runs of bracing the supports, V type towing frame with hook with spring and check nuts and mounting bracket with bush for movement of tow assembly. The assembly made out of ISMC chanel 100 with long and cross member, turning plate assembly for front wheel only fitted in front axle, the front and rear axle made out of medium weight beam ISMB 100 including tyre with tube F78-15 8 play rataing four nos with wheel drum, mounting bracket, bearings, check nuts, locknuts, key etc welded with medium beam with nut bolts washers as required for mounting the DG Set wincluding two coats of paints all as directed.
