BUILDING WORKS (F) STRUCTURAL STEEL WORKS, GRILLS, GATES ETC. A. ORIGINAL WORKS 1. M.S. structural works in columns, beams etc. with simple rolled structural members (e.g. joists, angle, channel sections conforming to IS: 226, IS: 808 & SP (6)- 1964 connected to one another with bracket, gussets, cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-incharge complete including cutting to requisite shape and length,fabrication with necessary bolting, metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1969 & IS: 1995 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidental chages such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc. Payment to be made on the basis of calculated weight of structural members only in finished work as per IS specified weight. Payment for gusset, bracket, cleat, rivets, bolts and nuts may be make by adding the actual weight of such items with the weight of finished structural members or 7% of weight for finished structural members weighing not less than 22.5 Kg. / m. or 15 % of weight for finished structal members weighing less than 22.5 Kg. / m. may be increased allow for bracket, cleat, rivet, bolts and nuts etc. and no seperate payment being made for these items, as per direction of Engineer In Charge. The rates are considered for a height of erection 8m. / 2nd floor level from the ground. Add 1.5% extra over the rate for each additional floor or 4m. beyond initiial 8m. or part thereof. III) For built up sections / srtuctural members of specified sections weighing not less than 22.5 Kg./m

BUILDING WORKS ( C ) Brickworks,Concrete Works etc 8?...Controlled Cement concrete grade mix with well graded stone chips (20 mmnominal size) including adequate plasticiser & excluding shuttering and reinforcement with complete design of concrete as per IS : 456 and relevant special publications, submission of job mix formula after preliminary mix design after testing of concrete cubes as per direction of Engineer-in charge.Consumption of cement will not be less than 340 Kg of OPC [43/53 grade ] cement with Super plasticiser per cubic meter of controlled concrete but actual consumption will be determined on the basis of preliminary test and job mix foumula. In ground floor and foundation. [using concrete mixture] With Pakur Variety M 35 Grade of Concrete

CHECKING AND ALINGMENT OF THE MOTOR WITH RESPECT TO PUMP DONE COMPLETE IN ALL RESPECT ACCORDING OF EIC USING PRECISION DIAL GAUGE ETC AND AFTER THAT THE FOUNDATION BOLTS FIXED PROPERLY AND COMPLETE IN ALL RESPECT ACCORDING TO THE DIRECTION OF EIC. FAIR RATE APPROVED BY DG(WS) ON DATED 07/01/2019.

CHAPTER - VII MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS Coating of 'Food Gr. Epoxy' Resin of thickness not less than 240 micron with a low-viscosity, crystallization-resistant food grade epoxy resin base with a reactive diluents combined with high build epoxy amine adducts as per BS 5493 standard and a polyamide or amido polyamine or any other suitable hardener. It shall react with epoxy resin at normal ambient temperature, suitable for solvent-free coatings as per recommended proportion for use on metal, concrete and wood surface to protect from corrosion, give anti-fungal properties ,as per guide line of FDA and USDA as well as damage from chemical reaction after making the surface free from dust, oil and moisture etc. all complete as per instruction and to the satisfaction of ElC. [ This item will be operated on prior permission from the concerned SE/Dy Chief Engineer]

(II) The workersemployed on high rise building or any structure over 30 ft in height and also workers engaged in Tunnel shall be paid 20% extra wages.
