Transformer shall be of BOLTLESS core design. Transformer shall be double wound, core type with low loss, non ageing, high permeability PRIME GRADE, CRGO with m4 grade or Better, Perfectly insulated and clamped to minimize noise and vibrations, core shall be purchased directly from manufacturer of core or from their accredited marketing network and not through any agent. Before placing order for procurement of transformer, the contractor shall submit the credentials in respect of the manufacturer of core and transformer shall be procured only after approval from GE in respect of name of manufacturer of transformer as well as manufacturer of core. The limit of termperature rise after continous full load runs as specified in IS/IEC 60076 shall be suitably adjusted to suit the ambient temperature of maximum 50 degree celsius prevailing at site all as specified and directed including having following characteristics complete all as specified and Directed.
The transformer shall confirm to the latest edition of applicable standard as follows :- (i) IS-2026, for tests and tolerance of guarnteed Particulars, (ii) IS-3639 for Fitting and accessories (iii) IS-2099 for Bushing >1000V (iv) IS-7421 for Bushing <1000v (v) IS-1271 for Electrical insulation classified by Thermal stability

M&L for boring of holes on any type of soil of size 160 mm dia, under road/pavement/hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including material and labour for HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 04 Kg/sqcm working pressure, Wall thickness of pipe not less than 6.5 mm for 33/11 KV cable complete all as specified and directed. Note:-(i) The contractor will be responsible for taking permission from appropriate authority i.e. NHAI / IGL or other Units , if needed, for above said work. Note for Item No 11 (i) Each cable drum not less than 500 Mtr length (ii) The contractor will be responsible for taking permission from appropriate authority i.e. NHAI / IGL / Cantt board or other Units , if needed for the above said cable work necessary payments for work clearence / deposit charges for appropriate authority to be incuded in the rate quoted above (iii) Manual Excavation has be carried out at the places of Services such as of near Existing HT/LT Cables, OFC/ Telecom Cables , Water / Gas Pipe/ Sewage Pipe Lines, Area Drinages and Contractor shall be responsible for rectification of damages immediately on priority to the damages of Services occured during exection of the cable / earth work.
M&L for bore earthing any strata150 mm dia, depth 20 mtr below ground level using earth electrode 50 mm dia GI pipe medium grade duly drilled hole of 12 mm dia 15 cm C/C on both side of the pipe including lowering in bore well upto the depth of 19 mtr and one mtr above the ground level the pipe electrode should be filled around commercial salt charcoal dust/Breeze and magnesium phosphate of 30 cm layer each upto the fiull length of pipe. The bore well should have 06 mtr of length 150mm dia MS pipe for protection of bore well Welding of GI strip 50 x 6 mm on earth electrod GI pipe 50 mmdia upto the 20 mtr below ground level 15 mtr from the bore well to test point. Necessary water connection by GI steel tubing light grade10 mm dia complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- GI strip more than 30 mtr will be measured and paid separetely.

(iv) Main Protection Relay shall be numerical IED Relay confirming to IEC60255, having 03CT+01PT Inputs with microprocessor based protection scheme for tripping the breaker on various faults like (1) directional over-current or earth-fault in any of the three phases, (2) negative sequence currents due to line-to-line or conductor-break faults, (3) residual and three-phase under-voltages/over-voltages (4) circuit-breaker-failure alarm, (5) tripping-circuit-failures and interpanel tripping/blocking signals via GOOSE based peer-to-peer communication, on IEC61850 protocol. The relay shall be fully integrated with the feeder, internally capturing feeder statuses incl. various status, Line-Current, Line-Voltage etc. and display the same locally on a built-in back-lit LCD screen as a Single-Line-Diagram with power & frequency measurements and suitably labelled status LEDs. TCP/IP based WebHMI shall be integrated part of relay for remote setting without requiring any special relay software.

The unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fitting required at site : -
(A) Incoming Load Break Module - 02 Nos each switching unit shall be designed as a three position switch. This three function switch combines the functions of switch disconnector and earthing switch cables switch 12 KV, 630 Amp, 21 KA - 01 Set. Snap action mechanism for motorised and manual(Both) operation with integrated earthing switch - 01 Nos. Cable bushing 630 Amp standard C bushing - 01. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 40 degree celsius in oil and 45 degree celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temp of 40 degree celsius transformer shall be of BOLTLESS core design. Transformer shall be double wound, core type with low loss, non ageing, high permeability prime grade crgo with M4 grade or better, perfectly insulated and clamped to minimize noise and vibrations. (c ) conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level guage. (d) De-hydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent (Silica Gel). M&L of earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 3.5 m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 2.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron strip 25X4 mm by means of electric arc welding of galvanised iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I, connected to earth test point and the equipment on the other side complete all as specified, including testing and commissioning complete all as directed. Supply installation & commissioning of 110V/30A SCR controlled Float Cum Boost Battery Charger unit including battery bank comprising 2 Volts/100 AH Cells - 55 Nos sealed maintenance free battery. The CCCV battery charger consisting of copper wound, air cooled transformer, 01 Set single phase full wave bridge rectifier consisting of diodes and SCRs, liberally rated mounted on heat sink and complete with resistor/condenser network for surge suppression. Make:- Secure Model No APEX 150 ABT Meter or equivalent in Genus/HPL Note:-Contractor will be liaison with DTL for installation of ABT meter at Bapudham 33 KV sub stn SP Marg.
