Providing and laying RBM in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth by way of watering, compacting and rolling each layers with power road roller of 8-10 Tonne capacity in embankments of roads, flood banks, marginal banks, guide banks etc. including all leads, lifts, taxes and carriage. The river bed material shall be free from organic material. The RBM must have coarse aggregate along with stone aggregate having maximum aggregate size of 75mm (Complete job).

Providing & laying water bound macadam with specified stone aggregate screening and binding material including screening, sorting to template and consolidation with road roller 80-100 KN capacity. Base course with (63mm – 45mm size) including screening with good earth.

Providing & laying water bound macadam with specified stone aggregate screening and binding material including screening, sorting to template and consolidation with power road roller 80-100 KN capacity. Base course with (53mm – 22.40 mm size) including stone screening 11.20 mm size.

Providing and laying 25mm thick compacted premix carpet surfacing manually with 2.25 and 1.12cum of stone chipping of 13.2mm size and 11.2mm size respectively per 100 sqm and 52Kg and 56Kg of hot bitumen per cum of stone chipping of 13.2mm and 11.2mm size respectively including preparation of surface as per specifications and laying of tack coat with hot straight run bitumen of grade 80/100 spraying the bitumen manually @ 0.50Kg/Sqm over B.T surface and 0.75 Kg per sqm over WBM surface and finally finishing the surface with seal coat, with bitumen using 128Kg of bitumen of grade 80/100 bitumen per cum of fine aggregate and 0.60cum of fine aggregate (crusher sand) per 100sqm of road surface including rolling with 6 to 9 tonne capacity road roller complete (including cost of Bitumen with all leads, lift and carriage from source to site complete).

Carriage of material by Mechanical Transport including loading / unloading and stacking at site complete.

Stone agg. above 40mm size for an avg. lead of 22 Kms.

Stone agg. below 40mm size for an avg. lead of 22 Kms.

Screening / Dust/Sand for an avg. lead of 22 Kms.

Good earth for an average lead of 10 Kms.
