Water Bound Macadam (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding material to fillup the interstices of coarse aggregate,watering and compacting to the reqd. density ( with an initial lead of 5.0 km. ) (II) Grading II

Bituminous Macadam : Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregate grading as per table 500.4 premix with bituminous binder transported to site upto a lead of 1000m laid over a previously prepared surfaced with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per technical specification CL 504

Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete : Providing laying Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tones per hour using crushed aggreagets of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @4.5 to 5% by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finished with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the sesired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl.
